If we book a stay for 5 days and 4 nights, will we be allowed to enter the water park for free each day?

A:

The water park is one of the many items that is incluced with the resort fee. The resort fee that you pay at check out, includes up to 4 passes per day and you would have access from the date you check in all the way to the full day you check out.

A:

Reijing, I think I am reading your question correctly.. Your Credit Card is charged at the time of the Groupon Purchase for the entire deal + tax + resort fees. When you call the hotel 24 hours after your purchase, you can add accompanying guest names at that time to be on the reservation. When you arrive, we'll swipe a credit card for the $50 incidental authorization at check-in. It does not need to be the same credit card you used for the Groupon Deal.

Latesa, if the calendar grid shows availability for all your rooms for all 7 nights, its your deal! If not, then please contact the hotel directly for Group Rates.

I want to buy this deal for a conference, if I purchase through groupon, will I still get a hotel receipt at the hotel that I can use for reimbursement?

Mary, I believe you should have an email confirmation of booking and receipt from Groupon.com. Please reach out to them for further details. The hotel cannot provide a receipt since this is purchased through Groupon Getaways.

A:

Alise, Thank you for booking! Weather is subject to change, but it tends to be in the upper 70's and possibly lower 80's throughout April. F&B is not included in this deal except the Lunch Voucher for up to 2 people per night.

I purchase it for April 12/14. Its 2 adults and 2 kids now are the rooms connecting rooms or is it just on room? Cause it says two double rooms double bed's

C., It's a single room with 2 double beds. The area for the room type is a header, and then the description underneath it. It reads Two Double Room as the header and then Two Double Beds underneath as the descriptor. Please contact Groupon Support for further explanation.

MT, It is not necessary to confirm, but it doesn't hurt to call to add additional occupants with our in-house reservations or Front Desk Team. Please allow 24 hours for the booking to process within our system from time of purchase.
