Q:

My dates would be from April 16th to the 24th. That would cost $544 plus the fees attached would be around $750. No if I wanted to up grade to a 2 room suite i would have to add $250 PER NIGHT? making my stay $2750??? that seems like a very expensive upgrade.... or am i reading the answers wrong?

Lisa K.  asked on  Mar 6, 2013

A:

Lisa, I apologize for any confusion. I tested your dates and I show $544 for the promotional room rate, and the grand total after taxes and fees to be $774. This is for a single room with 2 beds per night. A 2 room suite upgrade would consist of another room and the parlor room additional to your single room booked. These rooms generally sell for $599/night, and you're getting the upgrade 1/2 price with your Groupon Purchase. If you did 2 Groupons and requested connecting rooms (without the parlor), it would be $1,546. For the additional room and parlor with 1 Groupon Room, it would be an additional $2,000. Yes, the total would be $2,774... when if you purchase the room for $599/night it would be $5,391 after just taxes, there are still 8 nights of Resort Fees not included. Pricing subject to change and is based on availability until booked.

Q:

So once I book through groupons, do I still need to contact the hotel?

Makeshia G.  asked on  Mar 6, 2013

A:

Makeshia, Groupon asks you contact us just to add your additional occupants. This helps smooth the check-in process if you are in the car and your other party adults come to check-in.

Q:

I booked a reservation for March 16-18. I needed the 15th also, but the date was unavailable. Now, the 15th is available but requires a 2 day minimum stay. Is there any way to add a day to my existing reservation.

Shemika W.  asked on  Mar 5, 2013

A:

Shemika, please contact Groupon.com as available from your Groupon confirmation email. They will be able to assist you. If not, you can book a separate reservation online or through our phone reservations for available rates (unfortunately not the Groupon offer). We'll keep you in the same room if you book a separate reservation.

Q:

What is your cancellation policy? For any reason i need to cancel or change dates, what is the policy?

Kathi P.  asked on  Feb 27, 2013

A:

Kathi, The CXL policy is 48 hours prior to arrival, which must be done via Groupon.com. Modifications to dates should be made before the Deal Expires where you can re-purchase new dates at their corresponding rates, otherwise additional fees will be applied which vary depending on the new travel date(s). If you cancel within 48 hours of your arrival date the Groupon is non-refundable. If you No Show, the Groupon is Non-Refundable as well.

Michael M.  from  Merchant  replied on  Feb 27, 2013

A:

So you have to cancel before 48 hours in order to receive a full refund?

Josseline J.  from  Self  replied on  Feb 27, 2013

A:

That is correct, please contact Groupon.com as instructed in your confirmation email to cancel prior to 48 hours. After that point, there is no refunds.

Q:

I have a question about the Lunch Voucher, how much is it for and where can it be redeemed at? We are staying in April at the Hotel, also does the resort fee allow us access to the water park everyday we are staying at the Hotel? Thanks

sherante b.  asked on  Mar 5, 2013

A:

Sherante, The Lunch voucher is valued up to $20, and you pay the promotional offer within the taxes and fees. It can be redeemed at our Callaloo Grill and Pizza Hut Express. Its valid for 2 people only. The resort fee paid during the time of purchase covers all property amenities including up to 4 passes to the Water Park valid from day of check-in to day of check-out closing hours. The Resort Fee is charged regardless of amenity usage.

Q:

So is the total I see after the taxes & fees have been applied the grand total or will there be additional charges when I get to the resort??

Elizabeth L.  asked on  Mar 4, 2013

A:

Elizabeth, the is a prepaid booking through Groupon.com The total taxes and fees include all taxes and the nightly resort fee. What you pay at the resort is the $50 incidental deposit (usually taken via authorization on Credit Card swiped at check-in). You'll pay for additional occupants Water park access as appropriate and any corresponding F&B while on property. Otherwise it is prepaid upon Groupon Purchase.

Michael M.  from  Merchant  replied on  Mar 4, 2013

It will only be for 4 ppl: 2 adults & 2 kids.

Elizabeth L.  from  Self  replied on  Mar 4, 2013

A:

Q:

What is the maximum number of nights I can book?

Jemima G.  asked on  Mar 5, 2013

A:

Jemima, the hotel only permits stays up to 30 days, if all your nights are available. Keep in mind if you plans change after check-in, the entire stay is not refundable and you would lose any remaining nights. Hope this helps.

Q:

So how is it that this deal is $66.00 per night and when I go to book the dates June 7 - June 9, it comes to $263.00 -- can you please explain the break down before I purchase this groupon?

Julie Y.  asked on  Mar 5, 2013

A:

Julie, for the Travel Window, there are dates as low as $66/night + tax + resort fee. The nights you are searching are higher due to higher rates in June. June 7 + 8 are $99 per night + tax + resort fee... which is a 41% savings! The rates per night display when you select the dates on the calendar grid. Taxes are 12.5% and the Resort Fee is $20.24/night prepaid versus when you arrive at the Hotel.
