Q:

Instead of two consecutive nights, could we do two rooms in one night?

Kerry P.  asked on  Mar 1, 2013

A:

Kerry, this booking engine requires each room to stay for a minimum of 2 nights. The system requirements won't permit this modification. If you decide to book, please contact us directly to discuss options to best accommodate your request.

Q:

I do not own a major credit card but I do have a Chase debit card, would that be acceptable?

Nakesia L.  asked on  Mar 1, 2013

A:

Nakesia, provided their is a major brand logo on the Debit Card (VISA is most common), it will be acceptable. Authorizations taken for incidentals on a debit card tend to be held for a longer period of time according to your bank's policies and procedures.

Q:

So I have three adults(one is eighteen) and two children (eight and ten) I would like to take. Do you know the cost of upgrading this to a "Family Room" from two standard double rooms? Understand that only four are allowed as a max on this deal.

Fernando O.  asked on  Feb 28, 2013

A:

Fernando, If your party is fine sleeping on the 2 beds provided in the room, you can purchase 1 room. Additional Water Park admission will be required for the extra person. The Family Room is 2 standard rooms connecting. You can purchase 2 Groupon Rooms and request them connecting, or you pay the Hotel Directly by booking the 2nd room on our website. Rates vary much like this feature. For the best discount and yet another set of Lunch Vouchers, a 2nd Groupon would be the best route.
