Q:

I'm interesting in booking this resort but needed couple of questions answered before. There would be 2 adults and one child and one infant. Does the infant count as a person? Would I be able to bring one more child with me? I'm aware I would have to purchase an additional Waterpark pass. Please advise. Thank you!

Laura B.  asked on  Feb 28, 2013

A:

Laura, Yes, the infant counts.... however, you your children are comfortable one bed, you can fit this party of 5 in the room. The Resort Fee covers up to 4 to the Water Park, but your infant (being under 36 inches, is free into the park with your resort fee admissions.

Q:

I booked my reservation before I checked the weather (silly me) I canceled my reservation my question is how do I go about rescheduling a new date

LaQuinda R.  asked on  Feb 28, 2013

A:

LaQuinda, Please make sure you cancelled your booking with Groupon.com. If it was not done via Groupon.com as instructed in your email confirmation, then your reservation may still be active and subject to penalty. Thecurrent weather this weekend may be chilly in the morning, but the Saturday Highs are forecasted in the upper 60's with sunshine. To "reschedule", you'll need to purchase another Groupon date just as you did for your initial purchase. If you have any questions about this process - please contact Groupon Support directly as provided on your original confirmation.
