Good location and superb staff Very helpful and pleasant staff throughout the hotel. We had an issue with an overflowing toilet which we reported in the morning and was swiftly dealt with when we were out for the day and didn't hamper our holiday plans at all. Hotel was clean throughout and although we didn't use the pools they looked in excellent condition. Location was excellent for Universal and we took advantage of the complementary bus to Epic, which was also an excellent service and easy to book with the on-site staff. The rooms are a bit dated (not an issue for us as we were out every day and only spent time in the room to sleep and shower), they are kept clean and tidy which is exactly all I can ask for. The rest of the hotel was relatively modern, especially the reception areas which is large and well furnished with water and lemon water freely available which again was superb. Booking taxis through Lyft and Uber was never a problem with them knowing where the hotel was (either from the Disney or Universal parks). Great location on International Drive for gift shops, restaurants and even a local them park a 5 to 10 minute walk away (if you haven't had your fill with Disney and Universal!). Thank you for a very pleasant stay in your hotel.
