For multiple or oversized vehicles, please contact the resort before arrival. Assigned parking passes must be present in all vehicles either in front window dash or hanging from the rearview mirror.
  • Smoking policy: Smoking is not permitted in guest rooms. A $250 cleaning fee will apply if there is any evidence of smoking in the unit or on the premises which includes the balcony. Please inquire with guest services for designated smoking areas.
  • Pet policy: Only ONE dog is allowed per reservation. Cats are not permitted at any time. All dogs must be registered and issued a Compass Cove identification band. Dog owners must adhere to all Pet Policies. The resort does NOT allow dogs March through October. They had a lot of pools and hot tubs to choose from! It was right on the beach. I think I got a really good deal, the rooms were clean and well maintained.

Would stay there again. We stayed in a 2 BR 2 bath condo on the 12th floor of the Mariner bldg. We loved this room. The wrap-around balcony was awesome and the room had been recently updated. Everything was clean upon arrival. Housekeeping came daily to empty trash and exchange towels. The Mariner sits on top of the 5 level parking garage and there is an elevator on each floor of the garage so access is easy no matter what level you park on. We were given a voucher for a free breakfast for each of us. There was no buffet due to being off season but the food was good and the waitresses were friendly. All but 2 of the pools are heated and our 3 and 6 yr old grandchildren had a blast in the water. We did smell cigarette smoke a couple of times while out on the balcony. One reviewer mentioned the stray cats and yes, we saw them too. They didn't bother anything or anyone so it wasn't a problem for us especially since we have cats ourselves. We would stay there again and probably will as long as we can book an updated room.

Too many cats on property This place is okay. The biggest issue for me is the cats. During the day, about three cats were roaming the property. But at night, there were about seven cats and one raccoon. I did get a renovated room, but the a/c unit was not renovated. I witnessed cats drinking out of the outside pool. It was disgusting. I am allergic to cats and scared of them. I couldn't even go to the beach becauseof the cats. Cats were everywhere. The breakfast was okay. Basic breakfast food for $13.95. No buffet

Renovations Completed & 2 Comments about Bathroom My husband and I booked in the springtime for the great rates offered at that time. We saved up and paid in cash for the room. It felt like a free stay to us! The renovations are quite lovely and our room was clean !!!! Two factors to note in our bathroom. There is no grab bar in the shower/tub combo! I know I am not the only guest who would need one. Honestly, I thought grab bars are mandatory in hotels. There were no slip skids for your feet either. I moved very slowly and carefully when showering. The sink in our bathroom: faucet only protrudes about one inch into the sink so when you wash your hands, you are literally against the back of the sink. We chose to go to the breakfast buffet twice. Great staff there, and the options were plentiful. The scrambled eggs are so good that I don’t want to know if they are powdered. We swam in the indoor pool and enjoyed a hot tub. Our view was spectacular! We got up every morning for sunrise and had coffee either on our own deck or out on the pool deck so we could enjoy the view, ocean air, and breaking waves.
