Boats, trailers and other recreational vehicles are not permitted on the property or in parking areas. Over-sized vehicles and trailers may not be accommodated. For multiple or oversized vehicles, please contact the resort before arrival. Assigned parking passes must be present in all vehicles either in front window dash or hanging from the rearview mirror.
  • Smoking policy: Smoking is not permitted in guest rooms. A $250 cleaning fee will apply if there is any evidence of smoking in the unit or on the premises which includes the balcony. Please inquire with guest services for designated smoking areas.
  • Pet policy: Only ONE dog is allowed per reservation. Cats are not permitted at any time. A non-refundable $25 per day pet fee will be charged to pet-friendly reservations, not to exceed $250 per stay. Dogs must be less than 40 lbs.; Up-To-Date shot records MUST be presented at check-in. All dogs must be registered and issued a Compass Cove identification band. Dog owners must adhere to all Pet Policies. The resort does NOT allow dogs March through October. Service Animals must be registered, and this does not include emotional support animals.

They had a lot of pools and hot tubs to choose from! It was right on the beach. I think I got a really good deal, the rooms were clean and well maintained.

Such a disappointment We just spent 6 nights in a 3 bedroom condo in the mariner building on the 10th floor. Upon arrival there was a broken door plate sitting outside our door. When we entered there was a closet door hanging off the hinge with loose screws hanging off the bottom. We had young toddlers staying with us so this was a safety concern. We called the front desk and the staff arrived promptly to attempt to remedy the issue. Our unit was poorly equipped with kitchen pans/utensils The furniture was dingy, dirty and ripped in the living room. All of the beds were old and hard and squeaked whenever anyone moved. The drains were slow to drain. We were not provided and cleaning/housekeeping services at all, had to call for towels twice and for additional trash bags and for trash to be picked up. Yet on our bill a DAILY $34.95 housekeeping charge was added. They never entered our unit. We have stayed at Compass Cove prior to this stay and had been satisfied. This time we brought our whole family and we all were extremely disappointed and dissatisfied.

Terrible noise level! The good of this place is that it is newly renovated and very nice. Our 3 bdrm condo in the Mariner bldg was very well done and very clean. The restaurants were very good. The gift shop was ok. The staff was fantastic! The bad.....oh how this goes downhill. It was extremely noisy. The slider doors are old and need new sliders. The people above opened theirs every few minutes all night. The sliders are very loud. The rooms are not sound proof at all. The people downstairs had shouting matches with a kid all eve. The elevators were outside our condo, so early early morning through all night, crowds would stand outside our door and were very loud. Many times with kids running and shouting while waiting. No signs to be quiet etc. Now for outdoor noise. People would gather at courtyards below our condo. They would play loud music, talk loud at 1 to 4am, parties by the pool, and not any staff to move them along. Another issue was the constant skunky smell of Marijuana from others balconies. We had 8 people to our condo, and none of us slept any! The drive home was dangerous for sleepy drivers!!
