Worst Girls Trip Horrible stay, sink and tub stopped up and took 2 days to unclog, front desk night manager was told 2 times about the fire alarm hoing off and finally sent someone to the room after I complained twice. No phone is in the room so i had to keep going to the front desk. He had the nerve to get nasty when I advised it had been going off for 30 minutes and it is not connected to the front desk or fire station. It went off again at 11 and no one ever came after an hour and 20 minutes. I explained the room was too small, which was a fire hazard due to the dresser blocking the front door when you first come into the room. Horrible experience

If I could leave a negative I would. This place is a complete dump. We had to wait almost 3 hours after check in to get our room and the entire check in line was complaining no rooms were ready. The rooms are so old with visible mold. Housekeeping never came to give us more towels. They charge per day housekeeping fee with no housekeeping. This place should be shut down the rooms are very old with mold & exposed wires. I booked two renovated rooms but did not received them. Front desk Tammy was the best thing about this resort, she was nice and apologized. But speaking to the manager who was suppose to call me with a solution never did. Although at check out I received a refund for housekeeping since they never came. I heard other talking about the damages and mold in their rooms. It’s very dirty and we had to clean our own areas. This hotel is dirty very poor standards. I want my money back for my first nite we were cheated. The website show pictures of rooms that are not true it’s a scam. Do not stay at Compass Cove!

Absolutely VILE motel This place is a DUMP. If you don't believe what I'm writing, simply look at the pictures for the proof. We arrived at 430 pm (check-in is 4 pm) to be told that their computers were down and no one could be checked in. Ok, no biggie. We just went shopping and to eat. They assured us they'd call as soon as the computers came back up. No call ever. We arrived back to the "hotel" (I'd call it a dumpy motel instead, but I digress), around 1030 pm to be given a room that was already occupied by others with liquor and condoms. The front desk lady stated that they must have snuck into the room and we could either stay in that room, or she'd give us another room. Clearly we weren't staying in a room that hasn't been cleaned with an all-out party taking place. She puts us in another room which was FILTHY with couch cushions off the couch, hair on the floor, and no sheets on the bed. Off we go back to the front desk as the room phone doesn't work to call her. Here comes Room #3, which we finally decided just to suck it up and stay in, as it's now well after midnight and we're exhausted with 3 teens. The room has been just gross. I'll post pics to prove my point. Hairdryer didn't work, a roach was in one bed, and there's just nastiness everywhere. We called the front desk about the roach and we're assured that the room will be sprayed and all sheets will be changed. Well, we're over 24 hr later and no one has come to the room. If you want toilet paper, paper towels, or towels, you'll have to go to the front desk to get them. Forget the beds being made or it being vacuumed or trash removed. Save yourself a headache and book elsewhere!
