Enjoyed The front desk was a little welcoming by the look but wasn’t greeted when entered. Once time to check-in the Moe clerk was very pleasant. When added another room the female clerk was pleasant as well. Room was nice and clean. This was just a couple days getaway for the hot tub. The hot tub button didn’t work, the toilet was very noisy when flushing and when booking over the phone with customer service, the price was different than what I was charged. What the rep fail to mention was there was a $20 charge per day for parking. Overall, I liked the room but customer service can be a little more welcoming and inform customers of all charges they would incur.

Terrible experience We had the most terrible experience at this hotel and would not advise anyone to stay here. We came in at 11:30 at night and we’re greeted by a dirty bathroom and stained linens. The floor had hair all over it, the sink was covered in toilet paper shreds and the bathtub did not drain. The manager would do nothing for us. I was taken aback as I was sure we would get compensation, instead all we got was that you didn’t call us. It was after 12am by then!! As well we were then charged an additional $20 for parking which we were not told of prior. All in all it was a terrible experience, and we would not advise anyone to stay here.

Worst behaviour front desk I stayed there for 1-month, really horrible experience. Novice front desk staff, older ones are rude, no etiquettes, ordering guests to come down and sign even after spending one month. Housekeeping staff howling in the corridors, banging their cart since morning, disturbing guests without any care. Free wifi & breakfast is a skam, you get nothing. Breakfast is small bagel, small cornflakes, tasteless coffee. Only advantage is location near mall, but there are three properties just adjacent——so avoid if you can.

If needing a place to sleep while in transit... it will do Due to a weather delay at our destination, United provided us with hotel vouchers to stay at this location What I liked: Friendly staff who actually worked with us to find a room for our larger group to all sleep in the same room, rather than having to use two rooms/two vouchers. Ok size room, with standard room amenities. Really short stay so cannot fully comment on all amenities What to watch for/could be improved: The airport shuttle was a bit of a joke... too small to accomodate all the people, with no desire to speed things up. Had to Uber to the property so that we could catch some sleep for what would be a short night. Same thing the next morning. Temperature control in the room was hit and miss (on the cold side). Sofa bed was lumpy and uncomfortable. Overall smell of cheap cleaning products... Ok, if this is a complimentary stay, but would not go out of my way to stay there if out of pocket expenses

IMPORTANT MUST READ: Worst Experience Ever!! I booked through a third party to get a better deal on my room. When I went to check in they then proceeded to tell me that parking was an additional $20!! Thats ridiculous especially when reserving a room, most places allow parking for free. No where on the website did it mention additional pricing for parking. When I questioned this no one could give me an answer. When checking in the front desk staff was incredibly rude, not friendly, and not practicing proper mask placement; neither were any of the guests and no one was making it mandatory. Only one working elevator which took approximately 10 min to arrive no matter what floor you were on. I decided that I was not going to pay an extra $60 for parking on top of my $150+ room reservation. I tried calling the front desk from my room to cancel with no response for 15 min. When I was able to get through I was then hung up on. I went down stairs to cancel in person and I was met with someone who was not very helpful. She then proceeded to tell me my rate would increase since I was cancelling my reservation for two nights even when the website I booked clearly had each day/night marked at a set price. I'm still waiting to see what Im actually going to get charged because even though I verified the amount with the front desk, i'm sure they will find a way to mess it up. NEVER STAYING HERE AGAIN.
