Disgusting There were a few hairs in the sink so I decided to check the bed. When I pulled down the covers, I was appalled to see smears of blood on the sheets. It was obvious they had not been changed. If I hadn’t looked, I would have slept in that bed. Apologies were made, and our room was changed.

Belongings might come up missing... Be aware, if you leave anything out in the room it may be gone when you return! The hotel itself was nice. Clean, fun little pool open 7am-11pm, friendly staff, clean rooms. Decent prices in the little store downstairs. However, we stayed here for Sonic Temple and at the festival, I had purchased a Metallica burger box that came with some special guitar picks. I decided to keep the box and the picks inside, as well as a few other pieces of memorabilia, for my dad because his health is failing and he might not ever get the chance to see them himself. I sat the box on the tv stand away from the trash one evening. The next evening when we returned, it was gone as well as a collectible cup we had rinsed and sat aside, despite us having the do not disturb sign on the door and the fact that all our trash was gathered and placed aside FAR AWAY from the items missing, so they should not have been touched. Nearly a hundred dollars of irreplaceable merch- GONE. Told the front desk and was merely told oops, sorry. I paid for my stay here, I paid for my merch, and apparently, paid to lose it as well. May never stay at another Marriott to be honest, this is ridiculous.

One of the Worst Sheratons I am a Titanium member so I stay in Marriott's alot. This Sheraton is awful in every way. The heating and cooling in my room was broken. I had 2 rooms. The other room, the door scanner broke. The bathroom had a weird smell and a stopped up sink. They charged me for water I did not drink. They say they have a small pet policy, but I saw people with huge dogs well over 50 lbs. The front desk took forever to check us in. The breakfast person forgot our coffee. One of our bed sheets was dirty when we arrived. We asked for 4 pillows for our pull out sofa, they told us they could only provide max 2. I could just keep writing all day. But the point is whoever is running this hotel is grossly mismanaging it in every way. There's a reason the other reviews here are so bad and the price of this place is lower relatively. Also cars are being vandalized in the parking lot and instead of helping with the issue, the hotel just says they're not responsible if anything happens. I don't understand how a place like this continues to operate in the chain. Marriott should shut it down.

Terrible Do not stay at this hotel. Multiple car break ins during our stay including 2 families we were traveling with. Hallways smelled like marijuana constantly. Free breakfast was part of our contract and even when we showed the actual contract to Mgmt. they refused to honor. Terrible experience.

Nice stay Very nice overall. Front desk was very helpful and made the process very easy. The food at the bistro was fine. Salt water pool was also a nice change of pace. The workout room had plenty of cardio options. Room was fine, although some rooms are near expressway so noise could be an issue at night. Overall for price and location I would return.
