Hotel was old, dark and stinky! The hot tub didn’t work. The lady at check in was on her cell phone the whole time while trying to check in. Housekeepers were in the lobby complaining about people checking in and getting pissy about their checks for work. We didn’t stay the night because it was so bad. Do not recommend at all. Probably one of the worse customer service experiences at a hotel

Thank you for the Extra Towrels I requested not to have housekeeping during my stay so I appreciate The housing staff being gracious in bringing me coffee refills, extra towels and taking the trash during my 7 day stay. The room did have some fruit flies lingering. The location is close to the mall, Walmart and Best Buy whch I like. Its a great location. Wish they offered free breakfast but Cracker Battel and Waffle Hoise are across the street.

Pretty good property The hotel was pretty nice. There were a couple of small things that were missed (shower curtain had mildew towards the bottom; half eaten beef sticks and beef stick wrapper were left in the closet; there were stuck in food spots in carpet etc) The AC wasn't cooling the room well and we had to drop the temperature to 62 to get it around 72°. There is VERY MINIMAL LIGHTING here and it might be beneficial for them to switch to daylight bulbs to help with that. Other than that, it was ok. The beds slept comfortably and the blackout curtains

Great Staff _ The Rooms are really clean and the staff was very helpful and very friendly. It was overall a really great experience- this courtyard is also conveniently located close to several restaurants, if you need to be in Gastonia/ the Gaston County area.
