Nice and clean. Friendly service at front desk. The room was nice. We had a nice view and it was raining so it was very relaxing. There was a beautiful outside sitting area. We did use the pool with our small kids, which was perfect and warm.

Disappointing experience booking for our wedding While the hotel itself was clean and several staff members — particularly those in the bar/restaurant and our shuttle driver, Tom — were friendly and helpful, our overall experience booking this hotel for our wedding was frustrating and disappointing. The group booking process was unnecessarily complicated, requiring guests to use two separate reservation links depending on their stay dates. Unfortunately, these links didn’t always work, leading to confusion and forcing some guests to book through alternate methods. This created unnecessary complications for several attendees. Despite meeting the required guest count for a complimentary room — something that was promised to us as part of our wedding block — we were informed just a couple weeks before our wedding that we would not be receiving it. The reasoning given was that some guests booked outside of the provided links, even though those same bookings were counted toward keeping the shuttle service and bar open late. This inconsistency added unexpected costs and stress during what should have been a joyful, celebratory time.

Amazing customer service Had to do a last minute reservation because our apartment was having work done on our stairs and they were inaccessible. We booked through capital one and they messed up our reservation days but Sarah and Ryan did a wonderful job on helping us with the correct days we needed and went above and beyond to give excellent customer service. 10/10 would recommend this location again!

Amazing staff! I had to make a last minute reservation due to work being done on my apartment and the reservation was a day off the dates I needed. Capital One gave me problems but the front desk staff here- Sarah and Ryan, went above and beyond to get the reservation straightened out. They made the process so easy for me and I am very thankful for their help with everything!
