Impressed! I am so impressed!! Old school standards seem to apply here! Most of the rooms have a balcony, and they provide daily housekeeping. I am a tough sell and did search briefly for the usual neglected places expecting dust or mildew. Nothing! The whole room was spotless. There's even a flashlight in the nightstand. The beds were also made traditionally and very comfortable. Pillows great too. The water pressure in the shower was excellent which is hard to find now days in California.
I had been leery based on price and my 1st impression of the neighborhood. I have stayed in hotel's with famous names charging more than 4 times what I paid here and received much less. There's even a convenience store and restaurant on-site.
I have nothing bad to say about this place.

Stop scrolling, this is the one! Everything you need right on site. We were here for a soccer tournament and it was perfect for us. The market on the grounds has some essentials, did not try the restaurant. Will absolutely stay here next time and I also told all my friends to do the same.
