We have very nice stay and our Chief of Restaurant Mr Oscar made exellent service Service hotel very good. Their was very helpfull all the time. Roma are after renovation in very condition. Comfortable and clean

Top staff, great food, small bufet Staff is top tier especially Oscar, he gave us some smiles to start the day with , breakfast is good. The only downside is that the variety of the buffet is small.

Stay experience Breakfast staff were very nice, especially Siurika and Jairo! Although hotel was slightly renewed it is still old. Air quality in the room was bad due to old ventilation system, they might need to replace it.

Exceptional place to host business meetings Hosted a business meeting to launch a novelty tire brand that we are importing to the US. Everything from the planning process, the hosting of the event itself, as well as the flexibility and quality of the services received were top-notch. Special thanks to Oscar for amazing service, and taking exceptional care of my wife and toddler daughter who traveled with me to the event.

Amazing hotel 1st stay at this hotel, was booked for the Ado concert at the Kia center. Hotel was kinda tricky to get into cause the entrance had a small sign of the hotel that was a little far from it, probably add a 2nd sign right by the entrance to indicate its right here without blocking the view of the opening. The rooms were very nice, clean and spacious. Though the lighting was kinda lacking especially by the entry way in the room, the little foyer where the big mirror is. Breakfast they offer was absolutely delicious, best grits I've had in a long time. Staff friendly and very helpful. I parked using the valet parking and BEST VALET EXPERIENCE I've ever had. Jay and JJ had the best vibes the moment I pulled up to checked-in to the moment I checked-out. High energy, open, helpful, friendly and just all around top notch valet service from Jay and JJ that left a great impression of this hotel. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
