Great stay Overall very clean and comfortable . Staff was very nice and welcoming. The valet staff Cc and JJ were great didn't wait more than a minute or two to get my vehicle and Derek on the shuttle service was very informative and nice and didn't wait long.

Ehhh! Nice Try The hotel went through a full renovation, updating the rooms, possibly adding some kitchen features and making it more of a long term family friendly stay. Overall, I think that if you are looking for a place with your family and you don’t care about too much of enjoying the room then, I would say take your chance. I had a long flight and came here for the ease of being close to downtown for convenience. The guy overnight was not pleasant and very dry. He didn’t even attempt to smile or speak past handing me my room key. When I got to the room, the bathroom looked like it had been used and it just looked like it needed some overall upkeep. The positive:: the AC gets super cold and the bed seemed clean, although I didn’t sleep in the room. The surroundings are sketchy and the front door was open even at 4 am. just didn’t feel safe with the door barely closing and locking and the used bathroom toilet . I ended up booking another hotel the same night for cheaper and way cleaner.

Great Service Stayed for a concert, and wound up using the shuttle service. Derrick and Dominick were super helpful and made sure to give detailed information, and we were able to get dropped off and picked up quickly and easily from the concert. Was a great experience.

Good reviews This hotel was very nice. The water temperature was a little wonky. Nice view and pool. Close to all the downtown stadiums. Overall would stay there again.
