EXCEPTIONAL I came for a conference. It was last minute. I have previously lived in the area and have stayed at a few hotels in the area, but never the Crown Plaza! Honestly, I tend to stay at 5 star hotels, certain "brands". I have a certain way I like things, professionalism, service, attention to detail, cleanliness, accessibility. The Crowne Plaza exceeded my expectations!! Checked many of my boxes! Cynthia, Jay, David, Derek and JJ, worked soo hard to make sure I my car was there when I requested it! Smiles and laughs, patience and over and above service! My room was sooo nice! The tub... was such a huge BLESSING TO MEEE! My house only has showers, I was wanting to soak and chill for a while! The tub was right on time! I met Peterson, in housekeeping, he and the ladies were sooo kind! They were helpful and smiling...very pleasant. The location is convenient, I was able to get to my event within minutes. I was able to have food and groceries delivered without a problem! The frontdesk team, sooo professional, attentive and helpful! Always always smiling, even under pressure! Everyone, soo helpful, kinnnd! My friends and I have all said we will back! Definitely worth the stay!

Five star experience! I stayed at the Crowne Plaza downtown Orlando 07/09-07/13/2025. The hotel was in a great location. It had a nice restaurant with friendly staff and decent food. The rooms were clean and had hot water! I’ve never been to a hotel where the water got really warm and I was in heaven. The shuttle was an awesome addition! It took us around the downtown area. The shuttle manager, JJ, was so gracious and patient with everyone. Also, Maria did amazing with cleaning the rooms. I will definitely be staying here again, especially for next year’s conference!

Exceptional Our experience was exceptional from arrival to departure. A Huge shout out to Derrick our concierge. He and his team were professional, kind, punctual and full of Joy. It was David's first day when we arrived, he delivered excellent customer service and was very attentive. Thank you JJ for traveling us safely and being enthusiastic and detail oriented. I must also Thank, and Honor Dee for every question he answered with love and patience and every all day and overnight shift he worked to be there for the Mantle 2025 group and all others residing at the hotel. Dee thank you for your Exceptional leadership, service and support. I would be honored to stay at the Crowne Plaza in downtown Orlando off Colonial Dr again.

A Comfortable and Friendly Experience We had a very pleasant stay at this lovely hotel. The atmosphere was warm and welcoming, and all the staff were extremely kind and helpful. A special mention goes to Cloe, the waitress at breakfast, who greeted us every morning with a big smile and made sure we had everything we needed. Her friendliness and attention to detail really made a difference and set the tone for a great start to our days. We truly appreciated her kindness and the overall hospitality of the hotel.

Really Good The staff were very accommodating and professional. All the shuttle drivers were pleasant. But JJ, was more personable and engaging. And J was second. He was quiet, but extremely Professional. You have a really good staff.
