Hello, Paul: There are specific blackout dates for this offer, which are specified in the calendar to the left of this offer. There are no additional fees unless you wish to upgrade your room to our premium room type at check-in. Premium rooms ("Elevated") feature extra perks such as coffee makers, robes, slippers, full-size ironing boards, magnifying mirrors, spectacular skyline views and access to our exclusive social lounges throughout the hotel. Upgrades start at just $20/night.

Hello, Megan B: This promotion is running January 29th - February 7th. There are a few select blackout dates (including Valentine's Day) which can be determined from the calendar to the left of the deal. Keep in mind, once reservations are in place, there's a 48-Hour cancellation policy, so please remember to modify your reservation here on Groupon two full days prior to check-in to avoid any penalties. All stays associated with this offer must be completed by 3/31/13.

They have complimentary shuttle service from LAX 5 a.m.–2 a.m..

Hello, Gloria: We offer complimentary service from LAX to the hotel. Once travelers have arrived at LAX and have recovered any checked baggage from their airline, simply phone the hotel at 310.645.0400 (Select option "2") and you'll be connected to our Transportation Department. The dispatcher will advise you exactly where to stand an an approximate time for pickup. Our vehicles are sexy black Mercedes-Benz Sprinters with "CUSTOM HOTEL" on the windshield. Service is available between the hours of 5am and 2am, daily. For service back to LAX, we depart the hotel for the airport every half-hour on the half-hour from 5am - 2am. Simply let the Front Desk know the evening before your departure what time works best for you and we'll reserve your seats. Travel time between the hotel and LAX is approximately 10 minutes.

Valet parking is available for an additional $20 per day.

Hello, Anne: Valet parking is the only option offered by the hotel. The $20/night price includes unlimited in-and-out 24-hour access with your vehicle and inclusive of all taxes. Alternatively, Custom Hotel is positioned in a great neighborhood with plenty of available street parking. Guests who wish to park in this manner should observe painted curbs and any restrictive signage to prevent a citation - or worse - a tow away of their vehicle.
