Q:

I too have tried several times to add dates from the calendar, and have had the same issues. I tried every single combination of dates, from today's date onward... same message every time 'the dates are not available.' Contacted Groupon and the hotel, and no one has been able to answer my question. Seems that Delta Sun Peaks may just like the extra advertising? Would appreciate if the calendar was updated to show which dates were not available... and if there are absolutely none... then state that! How are we supposed to purchase this deal?

A:

Our apoligies as the Merchant but this is a technical issue with the Groupon booking engine. Delta Sun Peaks as a Merchant does not have any control over Groupon's booking website or specifically what inventory is left for sale from what was originally allocated. Groupon's website is the only way to purchase this deal.

following up with my last question...... the dates that I am trying indicate that they ARE available on YOUR calendar. When I enter them into the booking window a reply comes that says "I'm sorry the dates are no longer available...please call..." I understand that there is LIMITED AVAILABILITY as you have indicated but why keep the dates open on the calendar if they are not actually there???

With one hour left to book I have been trying for 2 nights at this hotel for several different dates but none are available. Why keep the posting up if the dates are not available. Not just one or two but all of them that I tried. I even tried dates that I couldn't go. Sounds to me like its a bit of a scam!!

The offer has been extended a few more days. When the offer first was released there was only 5 dates that had no availability from June 26th. The offer has only a handful of rooms per day and clearly indicates LIMITED AVAILABILITY. If you have waited to book from when it was released you may have little dates to choose from. However Delta Sun Peaks has provided a few more more rooms to certain dates with the extension for those that have missed out on the initial availability.

A:

The simple answer is that there is a maximum of two adults and two children and that would be for a room with two beds. However in the odd case where a child is under the age of two and requires a playpen the hotel would see this as possible exception and allow a family of five. I would suggest contacting our reservations staff to discuss the details of any specific exception.

Q:

On your website a Deluxe room (without mountain view as per your previous answer) is $129 for July 12th. Here the rate is shown as $229. No where on your website can I find $253 either, which you are claiming (with the purchase of this groupon) will give us a 60+% savings. The math to justify that would mean that 2 people would normally spend anywhere between $50 to $70 on breakfast

on July 12 our deluxe without view are $179 plus tax per night for one night. So the groupon prices are significantly lower and breakfast is a choice off of the restaurant.

A:

This promotion is booked directly on the feature page, there are no vouchers or coupons as rates and availability differ for each date. You can book as many nights as you wish as long as they are available on the booking calendar.

Sorry this is not for a Deluxe Balcony room that has Mountain View. However on check-in you can ask to see if one is available. The upgrade charge at check-in is minimal.

We are a pet friendly hotel and it is good to contact us in advance to let us know about the dog so we can allocate a pet friendly room for you. There is a 435 charge, pet cleaning fee per stay.
