Worst Stay EVER! I have stayed in 1000's of hotels all over the world and this was by far the absolute worst stay ever. Lets start with the fact that I booked and paid for a king room online via Hotels.com. When I arrived I was told they had no king rooms, as they obviously rented my reserved room to someone else. Then once I check in (it was 1:30 in the morning) I find the room completely unacceptable first there was garbage and half eaten food in the garbage pails and to top it off neither one of the Queen beds I was stuck with had any sheets on the beds and there was a single towel in the room. I called the front desk and was given a different room that had just had a poor job of refinishing the room done as the floors were completely filthy and there was uncured glue coming up between the floorboards. Part of the upstairs was cordoned off with crime scene tape and they may have been remodeling or I wouldn't be surprised if there were bodies found at this property. At their complementary breakfast the next morning I was greeted with congealed eggs and the rest of the pans were empty. I went with the bagel as it seemed the only fairly safe thing to eat. This was the absolute WORST accommodations I have ever experienced. I called the main number for Wyndham and was told that someone would get with me in a week of I could call back. Are they still in business because of the name or what This was absolutely horrible. Prior to this stay and the reason I booked it in the first place was I stayed at WaterWalk for 4-5 days and it was fine. I am demanding that I be compensated and refunded for my stay there. side note: I presently have over 17 million active subscribers who would just love ti hear about this horrendous experience.

disgusting and disgusted Room floor was dirty, dead bugs. Live spiders, roaches and ants. Requested room service, never got it. Two of the several times I went to front desk for help, had to wait over 30 min each time because there was no one there. Checked in on Friday, no towels, just wash rags. wasn’t able to get towels until Sunday. Safe didn’t work, Room key stopped working twice, tv stopped working in rain storm, and refrigerator was warm at best. Checked out a day earlier because I couldn’t take it anymore. They even screwed that up! Even though I had already pre-paid, those idiots charged me again and its been 4 days and I’m still waiting to be credited back the double charge as well as my deposit. Absolutely would never stay at or recommend this place.

Very nice Very nice place to stay for a couple of days. I would stay there again. Staff was very helpful. Only problem I had was had to keep getting my key card activated every time I leave and come back. And I couldn’t get my room cleaned after being in it for two days.
