Lack of flexibility and support We made the reservation the same day, so there was no possible 24-hour cancellation window. Unfortunately, we had to cancel due to an emergency. Before the check-in time, we contacted the hotel three different times. At first, we were told they were busy with other guests and to call back later. The next time, they said there was no one available to process a refund. When we called again, they simply refused. We understand hotel policies, but in this case, since the booking was made the same day, there was never a chance for a 24-hour cancellation period. The lack of flexibility and support during an urgent situation was very disappointing

Awful The customer desk attendant was sitting on the steps smoking a cigarette dressed like he had worn the same clothes for a few days , hair wasn’t combed. Went to the room and the tv was missing, The room smelled like smoke, there was dirt on the floor the people staying there looked like locals. We felt like it was not safe for our grandson or us. We were misled by the photos and some of the reviews. We left and went to the hotel next door and when we talked about this to others in the neighborhood they all said they had heard bad stories about that place. We tried to get our money back and they would only credit back 94$ of the 500$ we paid. We travel a lot and this was a horrible experience.
