friendly staff, disgusting room Staff was very helpful and friendly but the room was not clean. We noticed bobby pins on the bathroom floor and carpet, there were hair strands on the toilet seat (which I cleaned) and the bathroom floor, there was a razor cap on the tub rim, the beds were uncomfortable and the bedding+comforter had a strong mildew smell to them, shampoo bottle was completely empty, and body wash was missing. We were very disappointed and disgusted. These are basic amenities that guests expect from all hotels. We did let the front desk know during check out since our stay was only for a night.

Not impressed One of the girls at the front desk was not very friendly actually she was quite rude. Could not check in on time. Had to wait for cleaners to finish once we were sent up. Room was not the cleanest. No trash bags one trash can in the bathroom..Hilton should do better. No warm cookie that they always offer. Here for an event. Won't be back would rather stay off site than deal with the rudeness.

Not the Experience I Expected The stay was below expectations. The room could have been cleaner, and the parking lot lighting was inadequate, which didn’t feel secure. I was glad I checked in online, as some guests arriving at 9:30 p.m. were told their rooms were still being cleaned. The Wi-Fi was not working during my visit.
