Disappointed I checked in on the app, which is great and so easy to do! Requested my digital key, got the response of “check in at the desk with id when you arrive and you’re digital key will be ready”. No big deal. When I got to the hotel to get my digital key and request a physical card key, I had no issue; until I got my key and that was that. The gal at the front desk did not make any attempt at informing me where my room was or how to get to said room. I had never been there before so I had no clue how to get from one tower to the next. Well; lo and behold there’s only one way to get there..through the front door, and walk all the way through the hotel lobby, the bar area and down around a long winding hallway past multiple conference rooms. I also had to double check that my room was for the 2 nights that my reservation on the app stated since the wrong date was written on my key card holder. I also had to break my 9yr olds heart and tell her she couldn’t go swimming because the entrance to the pool IS IN THE BAR with a clear glass door that can be seen into directly from the bar. I’m not going to let my 9yr old be watched by random strangers(men) sitting there drinking at the bar while she swims. Absolutely not. The hotel overall is outdated, and quite honestly a letdown. The final and probably only 3 positive things about our stay was the location of the hotel, the decent priced booking I paid, and the fact that they let us check out an hour later today. I won’t be going back and I don’t recommend this hotel.

Good hotel overall just avoid the restaurant. I stay at this hotel frequently because I am loyal to Hilton. The staff is friendly and helpful. My only complaint is that the room is missing something nearly 100% of the time. No coffee, or no cups, or the shampoo is empty, or there is one wash cloth form2 people or the hair dryer is missing - when you check look around right away. They need to manage and train the housekeeping staff better. Also the food in the restaurant is awful and the menu limited. This isn’t a problem just go over the mall across the road and eat at one of the places in the parking lot.

Nice quick stay My family and I stayed at this hotel for two nights. All of the staff members were pleasant and check in/check out was simple. My daughter enjoyed the indoor pool which was spacious and had a good shallow end for her, although she did say it was a bit chilly. Our room had all the amenities we needed and served as a good home base. The location was good with the mall, other shopping and restaurants nearby. One drawback was that one of the elevators was out of service so waiting for the elevator was a drag, and being on the sixth floor wasn’t convenient for my young kids to take the stairs. All in all was a good stay.
