Dated hotel that's a good value at times I stay here regularly for work. The rooms are fine, albeit dated. For some strange reason, they only mounted shampoo and conditioner in the bathtub and it's 50/50 whether the room comes with a standalone body wash pump. Housekeeping is average at best. Each time I'm finding something they missed, such as hair in the bathtub, minor trash in the corner, a desk lamp that doesn't power on, or a single probably used coffee cup at the machine. The Hilton app shows most of the rooms are empty whenever I check in, so it's not like they're too busy. I'm tempted to leave a note under the sheets of the bed I don't sleep in to see if it's still there the next week. I'll come back to this Doubletree since it's one of the cheaper Hiltons and the $30 food and beverage credit goes far at the recently renovated bar/restaurant. There's a breakfast menu but they always run the $14 buffet instead since "it's a busy time."

Dirty hotel room Stayed here 2 nights and will never be back again. First room they gave us , the bathroom was covered with human hair. Second room was dirty and more hair on bathroom floor. 1 elevator was permanently closed and the only other one was off 1 of the nights so my wife and 2 small kids had to walk up and down 5 flights of stairs. Not worth the money and many other great options in town. We will never stay here again

Needs major overhaul No soap in room. Smelled old and musty. Hallway had no AC adding to smell. We paid with points but was shocked to see how much this hotel cost. Very, very dated.

Old hotel with unprofessional staff Old aged hotel with poor front desk crew and unprofessional housekeeping. Front desk was arrogant and claim to not find my booking info at first place. After find my reservation booked on Hilton official website, she simply gave me room keys without cookies or introduce me to the hotel info or membership benefit. Room seems clean at first but take a closer look and you will see lots of dust on AC machine, on lamps, and espicially on AC air filters. I text them to get it replaced and they confirmed it but never came. I end up clean it using hot water myself. AC is having issue that the fan won't stop. Even if I turn OFF the AC, the fan still does not stop.. Too many issues and I hope the management be more seriously to run the hotel.

Dirty room, gross bathroom, and poor service Our experience was extremely disappointing. We checked into our room and there was no toilet paper. We called requesting toilet paper at 1:00 pm and when we got back at 7:00 pm we had to call again because they never brought it. Had to use the lobby bathroom for the time being. There was also long black hairs on the shower walls, the shower curtain was quite gross, and missed trash in the corner of the room and excessive dirt/dust under the beds. I would not recommend this hotel, especially considering the price. If there is a formal place to file a complain, please advise.
