Definitely will be back From the first time I phoned to reserve our room to the time we checked out we received the Royal treatment. Absolutely all staff were very friendly and were more than happy to accommodate our needs. The room was perfect, the microwave delivered promptly, directions to the hospital given as well as other businesses of interest. We ordered pizza for delivery to our suite from Papa Johns and even IT was excellent. Can't comment on whether it was noisy or not because I always bring ear plugs no matter where we go. Interesting factoid: Looking on the web it comes up as Comfort Inn so it went through a name change apparently. This motel would be our first choice when needing accommodation in North Vancouver.

This place is awful - don't be fooled! Our stay was the worst! In fact we asked to check out the moment we got to our room. The front desk person was unprofessional and downright rude. I was shocked by her manner, but it says a lot about how the place is run. She was not just this way with me, but all the guest interactions I saw. I was told we could check out, but would be charged for the night's stay regardless. In a different country, in a town unfamiliar with and late at night we were put in an unfortunate position of staying put. The next day we checked out and stayed at the most marvelous hotel by the convention center instead. The location of this place, while close to Capilano Bridge is not convenient especially if you don't have a car. There is no benefit to staying here at such a filthy and run down place regardless of whatever "deal" is being offered. Plus as I mentioned before the front desk staff are some of the worst I have encountered. This "hotel/motel" needs a complete renovation. Instead it seems every time it's sold and changes hands there is minimal work done so instead the rooms look in the midst of construction. Any repairs or whatever look to be done by someone with no clue how to do it. Also the "free" breakfast is non-existent. A bunch of plastic wrapped junk to take with you. I don't even remember if they had coffee. I will post some photos of what this s&*t hole really looks like instead of any "professional" photos provided by the place.

Good place and location Good place. We stayed in 2 bedroom suites with kitchen. Outdated room but clean. Great service at front desk. Breakfast is basic for to go. Muffin, cookies, fruit, juice, coffee, tea. Location is near Capilano Suspension Bridge. Short distance to many restaurants.
