Never again I have re-read the previous reviews and I can see that Tripadvisor has given this place a special award but honestly - my experience was awful and I almost feel like the people writing the reviews before me were staying at a different hotel haha My family of 2 adults and 4 teens stayed here at the end of our month long American adventure - we had the best time and stayed at 9 different hotels - the hospitality everywhere was excellent - until we arrived here. From the get-go the women at the front desk were rude and condescending. We are an easy going family and had no special requests other than a later check out (willing to pay for it) as we had a 30 hour flight back to Perth and a sick child. We were informed that even though they had plenty of space and our room wasn't booked the next night, that there was no way - see you later go away. So rude. I ended up going on hotelsbyday.com and booked a day rate at the same hotel which cost me $115. We stayed in the same room and left at the scheduled time of 5pm and then they had the audacity to charge me a late fee on the existing booking. Another thing that was annoying - they advertise a guest laundry room, I went to purchase some laundry powder from there shop and they told me they were sold out and I had to go to the shop across the road, no worries - I went across the road purchased the powder came back to the Reception to change some cash as the machine only takes quarters and they told me they didn't have any, goodbye go away. So rude about it again. I ended up walking over to the neighboring hotel (I think it was called the Renaissance hotel) where the friendly lady behind the desk smiled at me and said "yes no problem". I personally would never set foot in this place again but I do appreciate that people have bad days and I can see from the reviews that other people have had better stays, but just wanted to share my experience.

A no hassle stay with many great values. This was our third trip to this hotel for a four day workshop over the last 3 months. Staff was always pleasant, rooms were clean and well stocked. The breakfasts were a nice thing to wake up to, lots of great food. Elsa on the Omelette Bar was great and never failed on the order and speedy as well. Shuttle was a 10 minute ride from LAX and ran regularly. Pricing was average for the rooms. Even though we were "between runways" for LAX it was very quiet. Nice relaxing lobby and great conference rooms. We would stay there again in the future.

Exceptional Service It isn't often these days to get exceptional customer service. So when I had to make changes to my reservation at this hotel, Eric was a tremendous help. He helped me extend my stay, add a rental card, update my room keys, navigate a website/error and make additional changes to my stay. Throughout he did this without hesitation was kind and very efficient. Eric is excellent at his job and is truly an asset to this Company. The hotel is very nice as well. Anytime I am in L.A. I will stay at this hotel. Thank-you Eric 11/28/25

Petrie is amazing I stayed with friends for a concert and met a lovely young lady named Petrie. She was professional and so kind to me and my friends.
