Great for Business Events, Phenomenal Service & Staff, Eclectic Lobby The Pro Showcase hosted their first player showcase of 2026 in Los Angeles. We stayed with them from Monday to Friday and had the best support and experience we’ve had yet with a hotel with Embassy Suites LA North. We had about 50 people with us which can get very chaotic quickly. From food to technology troubleshooting to sourcing specific items for the meeting rooms they were top tier. There was never a delay in communication or operations. We had a few last minute add ons like dessert the first night where they made us 3 dozen cookies on the fly. They were a huge hit with the football players. Sometimes it’s the little things but I really can’t express how great everyone was on a large scale. Petrie was incredibly helpful at a higher level especially helping us organize rooms when additional people are being added and/or subtracted from the original list. Felipe, Leo, and Johnny smashed it out of the park with our lunches and dinners and huge shout out for those gooey chocolate chip cookies. Kemberly was the glue that kept us together helping us with projectors, technology issues, and finding random items we needed. She was always around and ready for any task. The entire team really helped keep everything smoothly running for us and we couldn’t appreciate it more. The aesthetic of the establishment was really intriguing too. I’m a huge Chihuly fan so having basically a private exhibit visible from anywhere in the hotel common areas was such a magical surprise for me. It had a sense of grandness, but yet with the plants and seating areas it had a sense of coziness. Anywhere with an indoor water fountain gets bonus points but this one is even cooler because it can be enjoyed from so many places in the hotel. I’m a huge fan of having even a tiny balcony to get outside before my day started. Even when my doors battery died and my key card wasn’t working an engineer met me at my room to open it with no delay. Daily breakfast with many options was much needed when I’m working and on the go. Having our buses coordinated through the hotel was an incredibly helpful part of our experience as well. It was one less thing I had to manage and a huge headache taken off my shoulders. Will stay here anytime I need a hotel by LAX hands down, no questions asked.

Good but not the best As a Hilton Diamond member, Embassy Suites are our first choice in the USA. First impressions of this one were good - prompt shuttle pickup at the airport, pleasant receptionist and typical spacious and comfortable room. The evening reception was fine, usual nibbles and a slightly overworked bar server but no grounds for complaint at all. However, the airport noise at night was quite disturbing. We’ve stayed at many airport hotels and the soundproofing here was very poor. Breakfast was nowhere near the best that we have had at this brand. Limited fresh fruit, no bacon, kids running wild around the tables. Cleaning staff worked well to keep the tables clean. We had reserved this hotel prior to our flight home next week but the airport noise was the clincher and we have cancelled. Will probably stay at the Hilton.

A good choice for a couple nights in LA! Airport shuttle good. One free drink and free snacks during happy hour - good. Complimentary breakfast - good. Rooms are huge, clean and bed comfortable. These things are all good. Can be a bit noisy, limited choices of food etc but in the main a good stay.

Great Hospitality! It was a very Good Experience. Everyone was very helpful from the front desk, management, and banquets. Shoutout to Petrie, Kemberly, and Felipe for being of great support!

Free Breakfast! Great staff… Easy hotel to stay if you’re using LAX Airport. Can’t beat the Free drinks in the evening and free breakfast in the morning. Very attentive staff who assisted me with my needs. Will stay again.
