Just stayed one night I was pleasantly surprised with our stay! The rooms are spacious, clean and renovated. The common area has a gym, pool, hot tub and lots of room to hang out in the lobby. Free parking. We would come here again! The location is right on the sky train with all restaurants and shops that you would need.

Cold, unfriendly, Motel mindset of front desk I am a business traveller, checked into hundreds of hotel.. but this one i would rate very low.. very cold front desk staff. even though they are 3 or 4 star their mindset is more like a motel.. ended up at noon and they said come later.. we went for lunch and came back at 2 pm.. inspite of rooms being available they purposely made me wait until 3 and checked me only then...i know they will respond saying that guests checked out late and rooms were not ready but i was at lobby all along and that is a lie.. cold unfriendly front desk.. i would stay away in future
