The place is OK I gave her the three stars because I almost got kicked out I told the guy that I pay for extra day he told me he didn’t see it and the other guy didn’t put it in there kick me and my two children out but other than that I had fun afterwards that’s why I got a three stars.

Take ear plugs with you. had my alarm set for 7:00 but at 6:00 a.m. somebody decided to blare their TV extremely loud for half an hour. Interesting that one side decided to get up and leave then the TV was quiet. I'm sure it was all just coincidence. Aside from that it was a nice enough stay for the price..

Don’t make reservations for a hotel on Groupon they let me make reservations for this hotel and when I got to the hotel they where booked and I’ve been trying to get a refund from Groupon for 4 days still no refund and the only contact Groupon had is chat or email it’s terrible service

Do not stay here/avoid at all costs! Shower had black mold in it, the thermostat in the room did not work and as a result the room was freezing cold all night, the outlets did not work in the desk or nightstands, bathroom was dirty, floor I stayed on smelled like marijuana and cigarette smoke. When I informed the front desk the following morning they said that part of the hotel shouldn’t have been used, yet there were people in many rooms (I could tell because the conversations could be heard through the walls). The front desk people were trying to blame the guy who worked the previous evening as they didn’t want to take responsibility. I was disgusted that the hotel did not even offer a refund or partial refund. This is the most disgusting hotel I’ve ever stayed at (see picture of black mold in shower).

Not what I expected. l would never go there again or recommend this place. The room across us didn’t have a peep hole , just a hole! the hallways were dark and so was the bathroom by the conference room. In our bathroom the toilet ran all night and the light above the shower was flickering every time you turned it on. We stayed there for the weekend because my friend had a baby shower for her daughter in the conference room. The conference room was OK so I gave it a star one of their employees, Claudia came in to check on us to see if we needed help which is why I gave it another star she even came back before her shift ended again to make sure we were OK and to see if we needed help. The first room we had didn’t have any knobs on the heat control, and the ice machine on the floor was broke. They moved us to another floor. I’m just thankful I didn’t have a black light or luminal. This place is creepy and scary.

Good location Room was clean and spacious. The front desk staff are especially pleasant, helpful, and professional. The hotel is in a convenient location. Hotel is not a luxury hotel but certainly met our needs as a clean place to sleep and convenient to family.
