This is a great hotel for the price. It's very compact but pretty much all you'll need in NYC if you spend most of your time away from the hotel. The staff is very friendly and accommodating. It's not too far from Times Square if you walk.

Good value for clean and comfortable accommodations considering NYC hotel prices these days. I've stayed in other POD locations and always enjoyed them. Be sure to be VERY clear that you already paid through Groupon when you check in though! The front desk person charged the card I provided for incidentals for the full cost of the stay. Thankfully I caught it immediately and the staff apologized and promised to fix it for me promptly when I called.

Couple had great stay in NYC The rooms are small, but great when you are in a place like NY and don't spend a whole lot of time in room. Can't use entertainment apps on smart TV in rooms. Bring a firestick or computer to plug into the TV to watch Netflix, YouTube, tec. Staff is great and quick to respond if we need something. View from our room was also pretty nice. Note: the blinds don't close all the way, so it's never quite pitch black in the room. You can hear sirens from the street, but we didn't hear anyone else on our floor or above us.

Great, clean, friendly place to stay! Absolutely loved staying here, location was great, rooms were clean and serviced daily, no noise from outside or other rooms, air temp was adjustable and we made the room toasty and warm! Water was hot, beds really comfy with a tv each in the bunks! Bunk pod was bigger than we expected with large bathroom/shower area. Free fast WiFi throughout the hotel was a bonus.Shame the rooftop garden was closed for our trip, but friendly and welcoming staff, we were able to leave our luggage when checking out, and always felt very safe here. Would recommend to others and definitely stay again!
