Wedding We hosted our daughter’s wedding last weekend, and it couldn’t have been a better experience. My daughter and her husband chose this place for their wedding. The venue was perfect, the service exceptional, and the food outstanding. Our wedding coordinator, Jaime Alarcón, was truly fantastic—professional, attentive, and a pleasure to work with. Every guest raved about the venue, praising both the cuisine and the hospitality. With around 190 guests attending our three-day celebration across different areas of the property, transportation was seamless thanks to the readily available golf carts. The wide range of on-site activities kept everyone engaged, and our guests enjoyed participating in at least one during their stay. Overall, we were extremely satisfied and grateful for such a memorable experience.

5 + Star experiences! We had the most magical and beautiful experience at the Fairmont! The property feels like an escape into nature while still offering every high-end amenity you could imagine. We were especially lucky to have Daniel and Alejandro assisting us throughout our stay — they were gracious, funny, and always went above and beyond with genuine enthusiasm and care. They truly made our visit unforgettable. We were there to attend our nephew’s wedding, and it was simply spectacular. Every detail was thoughtfully planned, and the food was absolutely delicious. We can’t wait to come back — it was truly a five-star experience in every way!

One of the best Spa quality is here! I decided to try the Spa on a rainy day. My neck, shoulders and back were killing me. This Spa experience was outstanding!!! From check in until check out, everything was perfect! A lady who took care of me so well was Selma. Her hospitality instantly made me feel relaxed. I enjoyed steam sauna and Jacuzzi first. My massage therapist, Mindy was the best!!! Under the fantastic aroma which surrounded me, she took me to the heaven for 60 minutes. I am a spa maniac, I recommend you to check this place out 100%. It’s so worth it!! Thanks for taking good care of me everyone there!! You guys are the best!

Superb. Book it. Superb resort, with flawless service and staff. From the warm welcome to every single interaction with the staff, we were made to feel at home. The resort itself is beautiful and meanders around the landscape making for a real sense of privacy and peace. The food was of an excellent standard too, especially Tauro. Very often, it’s possible to get tired of the food and drinks, but the Fairmont Mayakoba felt different, we would happily have stayed for longer and plan to return asap. Cocktails at Cielo in the evening also a must do, they have an innovative cocktail menu, as well as the skill to make anything you want with a very good selection of ingredients. The golf course is also world class and would recommend highly. Don’t hesitate, a quiet and peaceful place with the kindest service and great food / drinks.

Perfect stay for a family of 5 Our 6 nights at the Fairmont were nothing short of perfect. We stayed as a family of 5. Before arriving, our butlers Agustin and Vanessa were reaching out and helping make arrangements. The connected room was perfect for a family of 5 with a king and 2 queens. The restaurants were awesome, beaches well maintained. We preferred to bike around rather than waiting for the karts - makes it a much more fluid experience. Loved the food at Tauro, Hix and Brisas. Breakfast at La Laguna was always awesome. Our beachside waiters were always generally attentive.- the real superhero power is room service. We coordinated everything with Agustin and Vanessa constantly on WhatsApp - they put together excursions for us, reservations, activities, pickups and so much more. It's the quality of everything, the privacy, the level of service we get in Asia for instance that make this place special. Sure the food in a number of spots could have been 10% better, but the tradeoff is a place that you can truly put your mind and worries away.
