This resort was absolutely amazing! I booked a 4day 3night stay and my entire family enjoyed every minute. Our townhouse was very clean and the staff was very attentive. The amenities are very nice as well. I love that the pool, lazy river, and the arcade stays open until 11pm. The resort has daily activities for the entire family to enjoy (bingo, snowballs, build a bear, glitter tattoos, and more

Central Florida Resort: Easy Access to World-Famous Theme Parks and Major Orlando Attractions

Located on the banks of Lake Tohopekaliga, Kissimmee sits about 22 miles from downtown Orlando and just 16 miles from the Walt Disney World® Theme Parks. The world's most-visited entertainment resort spans roughly 30,000 acres, encompassing four theme parks, two water parks, five golf courses, and the Disney Springs® Area. There's no shortage of things to do here: begin your day at Magic Kingdom® Park by boarding a rocket-shaped three-seater that climbs to 180 feet before entering a deep black tunnel and racing past stars, satellites, and constellations. After that, ride a dune buggy through a haunted mansion. For dinner, head over to Epcot® to sample cuisine from Morocco, Mexico, France, Italy, and several other countries. As one of the most popular family destinations in the world, sunny Orlando is home to other theme parks including Universal Orlando Resort and SeaWorld Orlando.

Those hoping to shake up the typical theme-park-dominated itinerary can head into downtown Orlando's vibrant arts district. The neighborhood boasts venues such as the CityArts Factory, a multifaceted patchwork of gallery spaces, and SAK Comedy Lab, which holds improv shows five nights a week.

Nice place for families This resort worked out very nicely for our large family. We had 2 rooms and each of the rooms had a kitchen 2 bathrooms and a washer and dryer wich was a huge bonus. Parking was nice and the pools for the kids and the extra amenities kept everyone happy and busy. The resort is close to the Disney Parks and food was very close by.

Need more parasols ! Currently on day 5 of a 2 week holiday in Kissimmee. Arrived at Fantasy World Friday evening 9pm local time. This was booked by a travel agent I use so I had no idea it was so close to the airport or Disney which was amazing, perfect location. Reception - Checking in was so quick and easy. Staff were lovely and very helpful. Townhouse - When we walked into the house I was extremely disappointed, the rooms are very outdated and old fashioned. Very much in need for renovation. The room is dark, very little natural light. The bathroom looks like something I have seen in a 3⭐️ hotel in Spain/Greece etc. I have looked at other travellers pictures on here and see that some of the rooms have been renovated and they look much better than ours. Pool - We have spent 2 days at the resort so far, both times have struggled to get beds by the pool. We went down earlier today (not too early) in the hope of getting one of the few umbrellas as the weather is so hot today but has no luck. I had to leave my husband and daughter at the pool and come back to the room as I burn and wouldn’t be able to stay at the pool without an umbrella. I asked reception and was told all the umbrellas they have are already out. There are a lot of Americans who spend their holidays here and the ones we have spoken to say they don’t leave to do Disney etc so. The lazy river is lovely and relaxing, some of it shaded by trees. Slides - my 10yo daughter loves the slides, it depends which lifeguard is at the top as to whether earrings need to be taken out. She has been told to take her mozzie bands off today as they class as jewellery. If you are looking for somewhere to stay not too far from the parks this is amazing, the accommodation does have everything you need it is just the decor and lack of umbrellas by the pool that lets it down.
