The Las Vegas Strip: 24/7 Entertainment and Fine Dining

With an almost unlimited variety of casinos, bars and nightclubs, and live entertainment, the general consensus along the Las Vegas Strip seems to be “go big or go home.” And you can go really big here. Make a beeline for the dozens of 24-hour casinos lining the neon-lit Strip to tango with Lady Luck in high-stakes games of roulette, blackjack, and poker; or grab a front-row seat to the city’s over-the-top glitz at nightly magic, acrobatic, and musical performances. Be sure to stick around for mealtimes—casinos on the Strip are known for their fine-dining restaurants.

Even Sin City isn’t all casinos, all the time. Go shopping at the high-end boutiques found inside most hotels on the Las Vegas Strip. Head to LINQ Promenade for a shopping and dining experience, then ride atop the High Roller observation wheel. Thanks to the strip’s re-creation of the Eiffel Tower at Paris Las Vegas and the Roman Empire at Caesars Palace, you can virtually travel the globe in just a few city blocks. And you’ll find a surprising number of activities in Las Vegas for kids hidden amid the raucous nightlife.

Honestly, it's one of the cleanest hotels i have stayed in! Skip the kiosks, though & go straight to the counter to check in. The kiosk told me my room wasn't ready, but 45 min (& no email) later, we went to the counter & our room was ready.

Don’t do it It’s the last night of a five-night stay, and I’m looking forward to leaving this crappy place. Upon checkin we discovered that our bathroom had no hand soap or bath mat and only about half a roll of toilet paper with no backup toilet paper. On top of all that, there was a poo stain in the toilet bowl. The next few days were hit or miss with housekeeping even though we were leaving a tip each day. I wish we had kept our money. This morning we left to do things and were gone all day, not returning until about 6:30 pm. The room hadn’t been touched. I called guest services twice asking for towels. It’s now past 11 pm and I’ve given up hope of getting new towels or wash cloths. Smoky, ugly casino, resort fee in the middle of winter, long lines at the checkin desk, indifferent staff, mediocre housekeeping, run down and dirty room fixtures…you couldn’t drag me back here again. Shameful.

Loving the Flamingo again Excellent room, view was the best I’ve ever had of the Bellagio fountains. Our room was a GO room strip view. Room had a refrigerator, shower was smaller but that water pressure was OUTSTANDING! Loved taking a shower in that room. The hotel lobby was under construction but it is progressing in the right direction. Casino was the normal. Slot attendants were plentiful and the drink service was the best I’ve seen in years. Overall loved the Flamingo, maybe I was just lucky on my room assignment but I was so happy with our room and just wanted to let everyone know. Don’t believe everything you see on YouTube.

The hotel is very dated but great location The best thing about this hotel is the location, it’s right in the middle of the strip but is the cheapest one here. It’s right next to the linq promenade which offers lots of choice for eating drinking and shops. I’ve not really gambled in this casino so I can’t compare it with the others on the strip. The rooms and rest of the hotel are very visibly dated, hotel carpets are stained but after the first day I kind of got over that because of how easy it is to get anywhere. For the price and location I would stay here again and enquire to see if they have any recently refurbished rooms next time.
