The Las Vegas Strip: 24/7 Entertainment and Fine Dining

With an almost unlimited variety of casinos, bars and nightclubs, and live entertainment, the general consensus along the Las Vegas Strip seems to be “go big or go home.” And you can go really big here. Make a beeline for the dozens of 24-hour casinos lining the neon-lit Strip to tango with Lady Luck in high-stakes games of roulette, blackjack, and poker; or grab a front-row seat to the city’s over-the-top glitz at nightly magic, acrobatic, and musical performances. Be sure to stick around for mealtimes—casinos on the Strip are known for their fine-dining restaurants.

Even Sin City isn’t all casinos, all the time. Go shopping at the high-end boutiques found inside most hotels on the Las Vegas Strip. Head to LINQ Promenade for a shopping and dining experience, then ride atop the High Roller observation wheel. Thanks to the strip’s re-creation of the Eiffel Tower at Paris Las Vegas and the Roman Empire at Caesars Palace, you can virtually travel the globe in just a few city blocks. And you’ll find a surprising number of activities in Las Vegas for kids hidden amid the raucous nightlife.

Honestly, it's one of the cleanest hotels i have stayed in! Skip the kiosks, though & go straight to the counter to check in. The kiosk told me my room wasn't ready, but 45 min (& no email) later, we went to the counter & our room was ready.

Terrible 'resort' experience I will not stay here again. Spoke to the front desk management, who wanted to comp $50 for all the issues stated below. And then told me that I didn't need to come in person after all - but said I needed to ask for an appointment. I had said I would not be able to go in person to the first person who suggested it. They told me being in person was the only option. Here are my reasons for disliking my stay. 1. While ironing my shirt, it stained the shirt, and now it is unwearable. 2. The second sink in our bathroom was never fixed after two requests. One was fixed, not both. 3. There is ONE small towel bar for a room that sleeps four people. AND, this was only installed AFTER I complained. 4. There is no place to put your bar of soap after washing your hands except to balance it on the rim of the sink bowl. After COVID-19, one would think a plastic dish would be sufficient. 5. This hotel has no way to change rooms unless you show up IN PERSON between 12 and 2. So, I would have needed to change my vacation plans to rectify a situation with being assigned a poor room. 6. Only two free wifi devices for a room that sleeps four. It seems like a money grab, if ever there was one. 7. The room is nice in some ways and ugly in others. For example, the carpet appears unraveled at the edges, the furniture is damaged and frayed in the corners, and the curtains in the living room do not operate with the 'push of a button.' Overall, the room is stuck in the 80s and seems unfinished as it is. 8. Upon arrival, the bed was missing a sheet between the duvet and the people sleeping in it. I had to request a sheet the next day to rectify the problem myself. While I'm at it, the mattresses are terrible.

Legendary flamingo is now a dumpster fire Terrible experience. Requested extra pillows as my sister on the trip recently had surgery, after multiple calls, even after requesting at check-in, 5 hours later 2 pillows arrived delivered by an incredibly rude employee. No shower curtain or door on the shower so water ran into the main room after several requests for a shower curtain?? We slipped several times & after complaing to management & asking if flamingo is having financial trouble as badic requests & services are no longer supplied, we were sent a shower curtain. The flamingo has gone way downhill & is more of a college party resort than the historic famed resort of vegas past. Only Bugsy & Meyers restaurant, run by #meyerlansky is worth going to flamingo, otherrwise thete may be no hope of keeping this dump afloat.
