The Las Vegas Strip: 24/7 Entertainment and Fine Dining

With an almost unlimited variety of casinos, bars and nightclubs, and live entertainment, the general consensus along the Las Vegas Strip seems to be “go big or go home.” And you can go really big here. Make a beeline for the dozens of 24-hour casinos lining the neon-lit Strip to tango with Lady Luck in high-stakes games of roulette, blackjack, and poker; or grab a front-row seat to the city’s over-the-top glitz at nightly magic, acrobatic, and musical performances. Be sure to stick around for mealtimes—casinos on the Strip are known for their fine-dining restaurants.

Even Sin City isn’t all casinos, all the time. Go shopping at the high-end boutiques found inside most hotels on the Las Vegas Strip. Head to LINQ Promenade for a shopping and dining experience, then ride atop the High Roller observation wheel. Thanks to the strip’s re-creation of the Eiffel Tower at Paris Las Vegas and the Roman Empire at Caesars Palace, you can virtually travel the globe in just a few city blocks. And you’ll find a surprising number of activities in Las Vegas for kids hidden amid the raucous nightlife.

Loved the hotel! Check in was easy. Prime location. Clean and spacious room. Only $100 for deposit. Pool was opened right on time which was a ball. No complaints I loved it. Would definitely stay here again.

Honestly, it's one of the cleanest hotels i have stayed in! Skip the kiosks, though & go straight to the counter to check in. The kiosk told me my room wasn't ready, but 45 min (& no email) later, we went to the counter & our room was ready.

Bad experience One of my worst stays in Las Vegas in almost 20 years of traveling. Poor attitude at the front desk, no customer service available at all times. I stayed 11 days, but despite having instructed them to clean the carpets daily and vacuum them, they failed to do so for three days. The Wi-Fi in the room didn't work despite paying the resort fee. I woke up every day with sinusitis due to poor carpet and air conditioning duct maintenance, poor quality soaps, and no moisturizer. A terrible experience overall. I'm a frequent guest at Caesars hotels, and it's a shame.

Worst hotel on the strip If I could give the Flamingo Resort in Las Vegas zero stars, I would. We came here for a bachelorette party. Our experience was incredibly disappointing from the start. We arrived early and stored our luggage at the bell desk, which was smooth enough. However, things quickly went downhill when we tried to check in. We spent all in all probably 3 hours at the front desk just trying to get our rooms. Initially, we were told we would receive an upgrade—only for that promise to be suddenly retracted without explanation. We then requested adjoining rooms and were told we’d be added to a list. We later found out one of the rooms was ready, but no one bothered to inform us. Communication was clearly lacking. Not only that, our room had used shot glasses still on the counter and what appeared to look like blood on one of the comforters. The worst part of the experience was dealing with Leasle and the manager, Jocelyn. Her customer service was shockingly poor—unprofessional, unhelpful, and dismissive. Rather than assist or empathize, she gaslit us throughout the interaction and made us feel like we were the problem. Her behavior was unacceptable and completely contrary to what one would expect in the hospitality industry. Do better, or find a different profession. I would not recommend this hotel and will not be returning.

If I could a 0 I would. Horrible management and customer service. If I could give a 0 I would. Customer service didn’t exist. Room was dirty with other peoples property. Wanted a room change and it was “not allowed”. We had reserved two rooms and the other room wasn’t available until 6:30pm! When we paid for early check in. Was not refunded for that. The manager Jocelyn said “we absolutely can’t change rooms,” and we weren’t offered discounts. He and other staff members were laughing at our group as well. Leasle was also very unprofessional and didn’t help.
