Fabulous place to hang out This was one of the best experiences EVER! Our family congregated here for 2 days to celebrate mom’s80th bday. Samantha and her staff were amazing and were so polite and genuine the whole time. Pool area was awesome with a hot tub, L shaped pool and splash pad for kids. The restaurant staff and front desk staff were extremely attentive. We used the spacious common area to play board games by the fire and at the large tables. We used a “party room” and Samantha came in on her day off to make sure that everything went smoothly. Ariel and her restaurant staff made sure our food kept coming. The only bad thing was the cruddy toilet paper! (We went and bought our own). You do have to pay for parking. We LOVED this spacious space for a family get together/reunion.

The hotel is also well-connected to major corporate demand generators and is only a short drive from the Greater Peoria International Airport. Irish Fest Attended the Irish Fest in Peoria and this hotel was the hotel for the Irish Fest. I feel it was a good rate, but I was worried about all the bad reviews. Our room was nice but didn't have much of a view, it overlooked the roof with air conditioners. The parking garage was across the street and was $10.00 a night which I have paid much more at other places. All in all, everyone was nice, and we had a good time. There was a shuttle service that took us to the Riverfront for the Irish Fest and to a restaurant. I would stay here again.

DO NOT STAY…… This was by FAR one of the worst Hotel experiences that I have ever had. As a frequent traveler for work I stay at many different brands of hotels so I see the good bad and ugly across the board. Coming to this hotel, we arrived at 10 PM on the day of our check-in only to be told our room was not ready and it would be an hour to an hour and a half before it was ready . I am traveling with a 12-year-old and 10-year-old child, and to be told my only options are to wait in the lobby for my room to be ready at this time of night is absolutely absurd After talking to the front desk manager to see what the hotel was willing to do to accommodate this issue I was told they would offer loyalty points to my account for this inconvenience . I accepted the offer provided them my information and have yet to receive my points that were agreed-upon. I have called the hotel on three different occasions only to be told three different things with the latest being that I had to email the general manager. I’ve emailed the general manager twice with no response I wanna forewarn anybody that is staying at this hotel that not only has the management and service been subpar, but the rooms are also dated and overall one of the worst hotel experiences I’ve had .

Incompetence and Trustworthy Horrible experience during and after our stay! Our family stayed at Four Points for our mother's funeral which was during a Midwest wrestling conference. It was noisy all during the night with alarms going off, fights in the hallways, weed setting off smoke alarms, police and fire authorities showing up during the night. To make matters worse upon checking out the billed everything wrong on opposite credit cards even charging an additional night for my niece, instead of the 1-night credit which was supposed to be deducted. We have been contacting Brianna in Accounting even Samantha, General Manager for over a month and have been totally ignored! However, during our stay Phylicia and Brianna at Front Desk were very helpful and understanding. Goes to show never wait for an email copy of your hotel receipts. Totally incompetent!

Hotel is Great- Attached Restaurant is Horrible Hotel is very clean and had everything we needed. I would definitely stay here again. The attached restaurant "Craft 309 Kitchen + Bar" on the other hand was horrible. My family had reservations before a concert. We stopped in well before the reservation to verify we were good with the time. We arrived at the restaurant to multiple tables walking out saying they have been sitting for over an hour and didn't even receive a water. The hostess was very rude about the situation and even stated that people shouldn't be mad and should feel bad for her because she had to wait tables. I then spoke with the hostess who said they were behind but could accommodate us (Every other restaurant at this point was booked out until a few hours later). We waited 15 min just to get a drink. Then we were told there was no way to could serve us food and get it at a decent time. Therefore, we had to go to the concert without eating (Mind you I have my 7 & 9 year old girls that we promised a special "big girl" dinner with before the concert). After the concert, around 10:00pm, we went back to the restaurant as it was open to see if we could get something to eat as we hadn't eaten all day. The waitress was very rude and told us to order quickly because they wanted to go home. She made us pay the bill before we even received out food. My wife and daughters ordered full Meal Salads which were about $13 each. The waitress brought a side salad sized plate with literally lettuce and a few tomatoes on top. I will never go back to the restaurant again...
