Why are only some dates 109.00? There are very few dates to pick from.?

Patty T.  asked on  Feb 20, 2013

A:

Sorry for the confusion. This deal is available from $109 a night at the lowest. Not all nights will show this price, as some dates will sell out and other nights are more expensive. You can preview the price of any night by hovering your mouse over the date.

Q:

It shows that a double bed is 99.00. But, when I select the dates for 3 nights, it comes out to 447? Why is that exactly? Also, we have 5 in our family. 2 adults and 3 children and the youngest is 7. Can we still book even though it shows for 4? Is there an extra charge?

Maria T.  asked on  Feb 16, 2013

A:

Hello, Maria. Sorry for the confusion. The Deluxe Double Lakeside option is available from $99 a night at the lowest. Also, in regards to your question about having 5 people: the maximum occupancy of the Deluxe Double Courtside and Lakeside Rooms is 4. If you have more than 4 guests, you will have to book an additional room for them.

Q:

How can you charge for water park passes? Its the point of going in the winter if you dont ski. For that price you might as well hit the dells. Aren't passes normally included if you don't use groupon? So if you add your 21 per person back into the room you are paying normaly price?

ADRIANNE S.  asked on  Feb 14, 2013

A:

Hi, Adrianne. The water park is both indoor and outdoor, so you can still enjoy the indoor portions during the winter. Typically when you stay at Timber Ridge Lodge, you receive four free waterpark passes with a one-bedroom suite, and six passes with a two-bedroom suite. Thanks for writing.
