Five star accommodations at a great price My recent stay at this hotel was, on the whole, exceptionally pleasant, earning a solid 95% from me, and I'll absolutely be returning. The absolute standout feature was the beds. Seriously, the bedding was prepared to a standard I've rarely seen, even in five-star establishments. It was perfectly made, incredibly comfortable, and truly contributed to a restful night's sleep. It's clear they put a lot of care into the room presentation and comfort. However, there were a couple of areas that could use improvement. The breakfast buffet was cold, which was a bit disappointing. While the selection seemed good, the temperature really detracted from the experience. Additionally, the check-in process was longer than it should have been and felt quite unorganized. A smoother, more efficient system at the front desk would greatly enhance the initial guest experience. Despite these minor drawbacks, the overall comfort and quality, especially of the room and bedding, more than made up for it. I highly recommend this hotel, and I look forward to staying there again!

Wonderful breakfast and staff I love this Grand Hotel Orlando especially the breakfast had a lot of variety and the coffee was amazing A room rooms are very quiet and the beds are very comfortable. The shampoo supplied smells amazing and very great quality as well. Thank you for the amazing and polite staff as well.
