Great Staff and location but the rooms are very dated and worn. Rusty bathtub and worn out furniture. Also, resort fee and daily parking fee on top of your rate fee. The free transit is not good either. Hours are inconvenient and drivers were not safe.

Picture paint a pretty facade of what this resort/hotel can be. Had painters in the hallways and elevators were down during our stay. It’s an older hotel that need many upgrades and renovations. Has a lot of potential.

Price and location. Although Groupon never submitted the confirmation to hotel Corey assisted with this inconvenience. He went to the back and worked his magic and room then was approved.

Very disappointed with hotel as a whole - clearly in the middle of a major refurbishment and it is well needed. They were unable to accommodate us in an updated room and the rest of the hotel is very shabby. Room was clean but very dated - reception area is nice but deceptive as far as rest of hotel is concerned. Not worth the money paid

DO NOT BOOK WITH THIS "RESORT". This is a motel at best. After reading multiple reviews on Groupon and google we decided to give them a chance since the reviews were very mixed. Upon arrival we checked in and were directed to building 5000 to our room. We walked in and the smell of mold was so unbearable. I am severely allergic to mold and my husband is a mold specialist so we were positive there was an issue. The hallway was filled with trash and was so run down. Our room smelled of mildew, there were stains on the bedding and it was nothing like pictured online. We went back to the desk to advise of these issues, the staff was rude and said the only thing they could do was move us to a newly renovated room for an extra $80.00. We ended up paying the difference, the room was not any better besides the mold smell was not as bad. The main pool was unbearably cold, the smaller heated pool was filled with debris and hair floating everywhere. The whole place was disgusting. To top it off, every staff person we encountered was rude an acted like we were an inconvenience. The Starbucks inside closed randomly when we were waiting in line and again, they were rude. I would never again stay here and hope this helps others make a better decision than we did. Again do not book here, it is not worth the money or hassle!
