Top Notch Hotel in Vail Our single king room at Gravity Haus was one of the nicest accommodations we have ever stayed at in Vail. The spacious room, bathroom with heated floors and hallway with beverage bar were perfect as well as the ambience provided by the gas burning fireplace. Bedside lighting for reading was excellent. Vail Village is steps away. Each fall we go to Vail to view the beautiful changing aspen and from now on will stay at Gravity Haus.

Amazing Stay The room and staff were amazing. Everything about our stay was great. The vibe was very friendly and inviting. Everyone there is amazing. Highly recommend. The views are amazing and it's a 2 minute walk to Vail Village. I will be back very soon!

nice quality place but mixed feelings on service and staff The hotel's location is wonderful. The staff and service was challenging: some great. others made us feel in the wrong place. The restaurant staff was clueless and totally rude, unlike our first visit a ear ago. I hope they have changed the management and are aware that some things need to be improved here.

Pick anywhere else but here! Nope! Definitely not worth it. There was - surprise $150 resort fee for booking through a third party. The staff was down right rude about it. Very outdated, dirty, A/C didn’t work, and the beds were like sleeping on bricks. The only good thing about this hotel was the location.

Lacks soul, hospitality and too expensive for what it is. Just great location Overrated and lacking soul. We picked for location but there is no parking included. The price does not justify services. There is no hospitality. The Slope restaurant was good last year but this year they made us wait 1 hr and same 3 tables were still empty, we sat at the bar, the bar tender was in a funeral mood. Just not a happy place.
