Booked this special for my daughters 3rd birthday room was really big spacious and nice plenty of wristbands to accommodate all our guest. Lots of FREE and fun activities.

Amazing experience, will definitely book again via Groupon soon. Everything was so nice. Easy check-in and easy to add on services as needed- we added a birthday package, arcade / climbing experience.

Great arcade and service! Great service in the Arcade. Jana was so kind to my sister-in-law tonight. My sister had her eye on one of the plushies but decided to use the tickets she had so my son could pick something out. She did not have enough tickets for the one she wanted and asked if she could purchase the plushie. Jana told her they were not available to purchase. As my sister walked away she told her to go ahead and take the plushie. It really made our family's night and my son got to see an act of kindness that he was very impressed with. Thanks so much to Jana!!!

Great for kids Kids had a great time. But there were some real issues checking in. Took over an hour to check in. ( We had two rooms and the people less checkin could not deal with that) . There were four people in line ahead of us( it literally took over 15 mins/ person!!). Our second room wasn’t ready until 2 and half hours after check in. The rooms were basic to say the least but clean. Our kids enjoyed all the amenities, but the indoor water park was very overcrowded. There were invariably lines for everything( to be expected)
The food available was just what your kids love, all the junk in the world.
In summary for kids under 12 excellent. Parents just have to be patient! 2 nights and one day more than enough to enjoy all that’s available.
Just don’t expect anything luxurious, essentially a giant motel built around a children’s park.
