Still working out the kinks We have gone to other great wolf lodge so we knew what to expect. This one was brand new and close to us so were very excited. We went with family and friends, stayed in two rooms. Three in one room and five in the other. The kids were 5, 7, 8 & 9. Four adults. The good- rooms were clean, comfortable, ac worked great. Everything is in one large building no need to leave. Waterpark had everything all the other GWL parks have all in one big room. Plus was outdoor pool and hot tub. Lots of fun things to do. Little bowling ally and arcade were hits with kids. The kids loved the story of Luna and dance party. The second night the guy doing the dance party was amazing! The best food at this location was at Fireside but it was expensive. We also enjoyed poolside bar just wish they had one outside as well. We spent a lot of time in wavepool and lazy river! Kids loved the waterslides. Cons- food was so expensive and not that great, and took forever! The staff seemed unfriendly and inexperienced a lot of them stated that things weren't working correctly. We waited over an hour to get fast food at water park which was ridiculous. At the other GWL all the restaurants were separate so everyone wasn't ordering from same place so not as long of a wait. When I used the bathroom outside the 1st day it was so clean. The 2nd day it was disgusting literally poop smeared into the wet floor. The inside locker room was clean in morning but as day went on it needed lots of attention I never saw anyone cleaning it throughout the day. Paying $25 per day to park is ridiculous! Most of the employees didn't great you or say anything to you. The other GWL the employees were so much friendlier. When two of water slides were closed they had no signs saying so and no one at the bottom of the stairs telling you so you didn't find out until you walked all the way up all those stairs. They abruptly closed outdoor pool with no explanation and just said pool is closed. They seemed a bit rude. At timbers for breakfast one of the ppl in kitchen was rude to my friend when she was asking about maple syrup and in a rude tone said it was on table....and guess what it wasn't we had to wait for our server to get it and had to wait 40 mins forwatersides. At the wave pool only had one lifeguard, suggested ratio for lifeguards is one to 25 ppl so I'm pretty sure they should have at least one more guard bc that pool was crowded. I think because it's new they still are working on things, and hope it gets better with time. As this is the closest GWL to us I know we will give it another try. Just hoping they improve food and wait times as well as staff training and taking care of those restrooms in waterpark area. Over all the kids had a great time, alot of fun and that was the whole point. But I enjoyed our experience more at other GWL resorts.

Over charged for guest in a room. We rented a room that accommodated 8-12 guests. We had seven in our room. I added my adult daughter to the reservation and was told I would be charged $ 50.00 extra per night for her. again the room accommodates 8-12 guests. I feel there shouldn’t had been a charge for her. Furthermore she had already reserved a room near us unknown to me. I showed them her reservation and they refused to credit my account. So ultimately they double dipped which is fraudulent, and unethical. My suggestion to anyone making a reservation is to make it for the amount of guests the room holds. I challenged the charge with my credit card company and we are still waiting for a response.

Nice but nickeled and dimed to death. Definitely not the casino next door experience. Upon arrival, you pull in and are told you can unload and then find parking. Mind you, all the parking is $25 per day unless you park a half mile away in the casino park then its free. I made the mistake of driving into the GWL parking lot and there were no spots available and could not exit unless you paid. I pulled over and went to talk to the parking security to explain the situation and was told oh yea thats not on us you are still going to have to pay. After the parking the experience was ok. The water park is nice, small and caters to small children but was was perfect for what it was. The food inside is expensive, slow moving and most bizarre they have qr codes on the soft drinks so you cant get refills. The cabanas are $300 a day and they stalk your towels returns like life depends on it. If you are used to the Casino experience you are better off staying there and buying a day ticket here for the kids because this place is run like a low budget Disney and not Foxwoods.

Good but our entire 4th floor smelled of vomit Great water park, only one 5 person raft ride was working. Great for toddlers in designated areas. Stayed one night. 2 bedroom grizzly bear suite. Small bathrooms. See my pics. Stayed on the 4th floor and as soon as the 4 of us stepped off the elevator, we noticed the stink of puke. Once we were in the room, it smelled ok.
