The kids and adults enjoyed our one night stay. The resort was clean. Plenty of activities for the little ones. Easy self check-in and out. The only annoying part was the alarms before check out.its like ok people are checking out geesh. They say its only a test no need to evacuate 🙃. Other than that, it was a great experience. We will be back!

Lower your expectations but open your wallet Poorly run and inefficient. My kids still had fun, but they’re young. Pros: - The water park area is pretty good for young kids - I got a text when our room was ready Cons: - The room wasn’t that clean. Like there was a giant hairball in the bathroom that was very visible and gross - The “suite” design is so bad. The kids bunk bed area has no door and an open interior window that overlooks the sink area. Whyyyy - They forgot to staff the additional slides they opened on our second day. So everything moved even more slowly and they weren’t even policing those slides - On the flip side, they decided to measure every child on the other slides on Day 2 (they didn’t on Day 1). Please be consistent - The water park area is so slippery! I slipped and I saw so many people slip and fall - The front desk - a long line formed bc they were so slow, yet no one stepped in (only 2 staff). When I finally got to the front, I was told they can’t help me. Waste of time - The “locker room” has two showers. Total - Bar line is sooooo slow. Food is also overpriced and meh. Go to Foxwoods to eat It’s also expensive. Too expensive for what you have to deal with

OVERPRICED AND COMPLETLEY DISAPPOINTING The place is complete a rip off. you have to pay 25.00 per day park even after you pay the outrageous prices for the stay. Also the staff has no knowledge of anything you may have to ask them the kids went into the arcade and collected their tickets as usual of how an arcade works, the person that was in charge had no idea how any of the exchange of tickets work told us one thing and then called someone else that said he gave us wrong information and this took over 45 mins and in the end we had to walk out because no one had a clue how anything worked. Goes without saying the kids were completely disappointed. Terrible experience there. the Fireside restaurant should have a - star rating it took over 30 mins to even get waters and finally had someone help us. we are ordering appetizers that were completely cold. the kids' meals for double priced (why? because it's a place meant for kids so why not raise the prices) a kid's meal for half a bowl of noodles and few fries was 17.95 come on. Also, we didn't know that every single activity ropes etc. is all separate prices and you can only go once so we inquired about a "Wolf Paw Pass" that was 89.95 per child are you serious. Also, we got there no sooner we walked in the room the fire alarm that was so loud was going off we had to leave the room not knowing that it was a test. without even being announced. the alarm went off that day 4x the next day it started again at 730 in the morning and continued for a while. Our 4-month-old baby was overwhelmed with the sound and without warning just would go off. This place is WAY OVERPRICED. Just because this is geared toward kids everything all prices for kids' items is 3x the price. I will never go back the prices should be illegal I understand it is a vacation and prices can be higher I have been on many vacations this place is horrible, and staff is terrible. LAST BUT CERTAINLY NOT LEAST. While we were in the waterpark everyone was told to leave the wave pool they shut it down, a lifeguard or staff was trying to fish something out and then they drained the pool without even telling anyone what the issue was. Come to find out it was a bowel movement in the pool and after a while just refilled and opened it back up. That is so unsanitary its beyond words. The bathrooms in there were disgusting urine on the floor toilet paper stuck to the floors. FOR THE MONEY THAT IS CHARGED IT IS A TERRIBLE PLACE TO GO.

The real review of my experience at Great Wolf Lodge at Foxwoods Had a one-night stay Saturday Night. Showed up at 12 noon. We checked in electronically without any problems. This place is cashless. Everything is charged while using your bracelet. We left stuff in the car until our room was ready. We went into the pool area , kids went swimming. Lazy river, wave pool etc. Very crowded, yet enough room for everyone. Outdoor hot tub was huge. My wife got texted that room was ready at 1pm. They have a ton of carts to carry your stuff up to your room. My room was nice with bed, sleep sofa, and included bunk room ( with 2 bunks, and small bed) in same room. Pointers for people. Bring your own snacks, drinks, cups etc if you want to save money. There is only one ice machine, and one microwave on each floor. The drinks at the pool/bar are $17.00, and up each up to $29.00 for souvenir cup. My son and I saved over $250.00 making drinks in the room. We did do dinner at Cedars in Foxwoods as special occasion. Breakfast was convenient in hotel, but expensive. Kids $13.95, and adults $29.95. I spent $140.00 with tip. Next time I'll being my own breakfast stuff. The breakfast food was fine, but had no corned beef hash. They do have a Dunkin but must use kiosk to order, and line was long my wife stated. Used the arcade, and gets expensive. We spent $35.00. My daughter and I walked over to the casino at night( no one under 18 allowed). We had fun. The room was quite and had a good sleep. The pillow, and sheets felt good. The sofa pull out, bunk beds, and small bed was not as comfortable. All in all in was $500.00 for the room( one night)+ $140.00 breakfast etc. Lunch at pool was around $50.00. I ended spending arond $700.00. So my complaints are that the room was so far from elevator ( felt like a mile walk). Also on Sunday, the pool did not open until 10am ( kids were up at 7am). Also until our room was ready, we had to rent a locker in pool area, that was $28.00. No one wants to hold stuff. The had an offer on Sunday, that you could stay another night for $99.00. Wish I would have known in advance, but I had to work anyway on Monday. Plus one night was enough for everyone. However, the kids had a blast.
