Smooth process for hotel stay. Not clear for day pass process. Need to call to make the reservation as our 4 pack recharged my card when making the reservation and then the reservation looked like only one pass vs 4 I had purchased. Bed bugs!!! BEWARE! BEDBUGS! We booked a two night stay. We woke up after our first day and my daughter had bites all over her leg and arm! I let the manager know and they gave us a free meal voucher and free wristbands for the attractions which was nice. They told me they can’t refund us till after pest control inspects the room. Which was #629. They did do a heat treatment on our belongings and move us to a new room but once we got our stuff from being heat treated and we saw the bugs we decided it was time to leave a day early. I really hope I receive that refund because that was a waste and my poor kid is miserable!

Customer Service was 10/10 I booked a weekend for my daughter, son in law and their 2 boys ages 3 and 1. I visited throughout the stay. I was a little hesitant to book based on some of the reviews but went ahead. It did not disappoint! I was very pleased with the customer service of all the employees we encountered. Over the top helpful (Lovie) was one of them and I wish I would have grabbed more names. We had an absolute blast with the lazy river, the Magi Quest and water slide options. The breakfast buffet was hot and a good variety! We will definitely be back!
