Customer Service was 10/10 I booked a weekend for my daughter, son in law and their 2 boys ages 3 and 1. I visited throughout the stay. I was a little hesitant to book based on some of the reviews but went ahead. It did not disappoint! I was very pleased with the customer service of all the employees we encountered. Over the top helpful (Lovie) was one of them and I wish I would have grabbed more names. We had an absolute blast with the lazy river, the Magi Quest and water slide options. The breakfast buffet was hot and a good variety! We will definitely be back!

Worst company! Do not purchase Gift cards Great wolf lodge, it should be called Great Scam Lodge We have a gift card we wanted to use and it had 300.00 on it! We went to use it and there’s no money! We were told that because we did not use it with in a year they take the money. Great Scam lodge doesn’t tell anyone that! So Thanks a lot Great Scam Lodge!

Great family fun for the holidays Such a fun experience during the holidays! Unlimited fun for a family with kids age 4,5,9! Clean rooms! Clean public restrooms which are hard to come by! 10 out of 10 recommend for a Christmas gift for the family!
