Warning - bed bugs in December On the 3rd day of a 2 night stay, my daughter got bed bug bites - in December. It’s very clearly bed bugs. I don’t blame the phone operator I spoke with - she’s part of a bureaucracy that is processing me. They don’t even have it in their script to apologize. I did not ask for money - I just wanted them to know so they can clean the room to not do this to the next family. Disappointing - And this is now stressful after a vacation. Maybe Great Wolf, you’ve over-lawyered this situation that phone operations don’t just ask for the room number and apologize. I don’t need money - but cleanliness and kindness can go far.

Amazing Experience for My Kids and a ton of fun for us Parents! We had such an amazing trip. The best thing I could say is that the kids had so much fun that my wife and I had a chance to get a break even when we were partaking in the fun with them! We were one of the first to use the snow globes this year and it was such a cool experience. Definitely got our money's worth from our time there and leave with priceless memories we'll cherish. The only negative is my kids are already demanding to go back!
