Be prepared for over an hour checking in. Kiosks don’t work. Staff is rude. Perryville Great Wold Lodge be prepared to stand in line at check-in for over an hour! We have a season pass and the kiosks never work making me stand in line with my autistic grandson over an hour every visit. Asked to speak with manager and they wouldn’t get one. Terrible customer service!
