Amazing stay! Our stay at Great Wolf Lodge was absolutely fantastic from start to finish. The entire resort was incredibly clean and well maintained, which immediately made us feel comfortable and relaxed. The water park was a blast for all ages, with so many activities that kept everyone entertained the entire time. The staff truly stood out — friendly, knowledgeable, and always willing to help with a smile. Whether it was answering questions about the resort, giving directions, or making sure everything ran smoothly, their customer service was exceptional. The rooms were spotless and comfortable, the atmosphere was fun and family-friendly, and every detail showed how much pride they take in the guest experience. It’s clear that Great Wolf Lodge goes above and beyond to make sure families have an unforgettable stay. We had an amazing time and can’t wait to come back. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a fun, clean, and stress-free getaway!

Bait and Switch, never felt like enough Prepare to be genuinely surprised and disappointed to be charged $19 for overnight parking. This was never disclosed during my booking process, not in my confirmation, and not on my initial invoice that showed “zero balance due.” What’s frustrating is that during booking I was asked repeatedly about food packages and upgrades, yet no one mentioned a mandatory parking fee. This isn’t a downtown hotel with limited garage space. This is a large property with massive open lots in a remote area. Charging for parking is one thing, but not clearly disclosing it before purchase feels misleading. Guests should know the real total cost upfront.

Family fun!! Had a blast on our stay. If the price is right, we will be back in the future. Water park.was a lot of fun. Great place for a family getaway. Gets very very crowded on the weekends though. I would recommend mid week if possible.
