A very disappointing experience The initial check-in service was very poor. A guest’s first experience at a hotel should be welcoming, not frustrating. The staff member was extremely discourteous. When I requested a room change, she complained about having to redo the wristbands. Overall, the service was consistently bad.
The beds in the rooms are terrible. The children’s beds are extremely hard, and the adults’ bed is small. It should be a true queen size, but it is not. The room itself is old and outdated.
The water park is clearly designed for very young children. My children did not enjoy it. I also found the park to be very dirty, with poor cleanliness standards. Long lines were constant. Overall, it was a very disappointing experience, and we did not return after that.
Parking is charged, and it is expensive. Other nearby hotels do not charge for parking.
There is no room service, which is surprising. In addition, there is no microwave in the room. For a family-oriented hotel, especially one that caters to families with children, this is unacceptable. There was even a line to use the microwave in the hallway.
Overall, this feels like a hotel that shows very little concern for its guests.

So fun the cashier in the arcade was so nice and I was like oh my gosh thank you Best experience I had ever had in my life and I love the water park in my area so I think it’s a great idea for a place that people could come here and enjoy

Bad experience with Fireside Reservations We brought our entire family last year. Service was good. The water park was great. We just booked again for March again. I'm just extremely disappointed on how the customer service is. There is no direct number for Fireside restaurant. I have left numerous voice mails when I was transferred. I messaged the restaurant via Yelp couple times. I can't make a reservation for 15 people which I need. I wish there was better customer service on the Fireside Restaurant management side. I would give the review 5 stars but the Communication with the restaurant is what's holding me back. Hope they can improve.
