I was a bit disappointed in things like the timed soda machine - a fizzy soda only allowed like 1/3 of the cup to be filled. No microwave in he family suite seemed like a grab. Nice. Staff was pleasant. Seemed smaller than other GFs but I think the pool was salt water instead of chlorine which was nice. Still pleasant.

Amazing! Everybody has been exceptional, came in and got the garbage we didn't even know while we were away at the water park. Everybody has been so kind and helpful.

Very unsanitary We went here for a day pass. It started with the app not working at all and not allowing us to check in on the kiosk. So we had to wait in a very long line to check in for our day pass and get a braclet. We had 4 adults and 2 children and two of the braclets came broken. So we had to wait in line again! We had to change in the bathroom because the staff didn’t tell us where we could change or if there was locker rooms which there were but no signs were available and no staff were helpful. Two of the biggest slides were shut down but later opened in the evening when it got very busy. We did all of the inside activities and outside activities. When we went to eat we had to order off of a kiosk the food was very mediocre for the price. Overall the kids had a lot of fun and i thought There was plenty to do for the full day pass. However 72 hour later every single person who went now has a stomach virus. I believe This is from the water not being treated and cleaned properly. We live in separate houses so this is the only correlation between us all. I will Not return for the poor sanitation. And we didn’t even stay the night so i have No reviews on the hotel rooms.

Double the price at check in and e-coli Here is a math problem for you. Linsey sees an ad that says hotel room nights are buy one get one free. It is Black Friday, so this is not a huge surprise. The hotel rooms are normally about $220. She sees that if she goes during the week, when nobody has school off, and it’s winter (super off peak) the rooms are $149 per night. That seems like a normal price when all things are considered. So rooms are $149 per night and they are buy one get one free. How much does Linsey pay per night? Surprise! $300! They actually jacked up the off peak, mid week, winter rate to $300 a night, but don’t tell you that until you check in. They claim that they never charge for all nights up front, despite all other hotels charging up front. They say the $149 per night fee meant for each night, and it wasn’t really bogo, it was half off. The problem with that was it wasn’t super unclear. If something is marked with a price, and it is bogo, you should get it for that price. There should not be some surprise I needed to hunt around for. Also I am thinking that all of the “pristine” cleanliness reviews are from when the hotel was newer. It is looking a bit grimy and worn out in spots. Read up on e-coli poisoning from there. I think I got a mild case from this last visit and a worse one before, and it looks like I am not the only one.
