Experience Family-Friendly Fun at Great Wolf Lodge San Francisco/Manteca with Daily Water Park Passes Included

Highly Recommend for Families This place is pretty amazing for kids. It was our first time to a Great Wolf and we are already planning our return trip. We had always heard of people going to Great Wolf, but I just didn’t love the idea of a crowded indoor waterpark. I was wrong. It’s absolutely worth it for families with kids. We visited right after Disneyland and my kids couldn’t decide which they liked better. We have 5 kids ranging from ages 2-13, and each one loved it. There were slides appropriate for every age (small slides that our 2-year-old went down by herself) to big drops that were a thrill for teenagers and adults. They spent most of their time on the slides (especially the older kids), but also enjoyed the wave pool, lazy river, basketball area, etc. Outside of the water park, we did the bowling, ropes course, and arcade. They loved bowling (keep in mind, it’s a smaller bowl and lane for kids), the ropes course was a good adventure for them (note: there is a has a height limit, I want to say 46 inches). They could have spent all day in the arcade. These activities make for a balanced trip alongside the water park and are worth trying (they cost money, so I would budget for it). They also had lots of free activities (e.g., group games, dance parties). My kids did the night dance party and loved it. We were pleasantly surprised by the food. We ate pizza, wings, and burgers at the pool (all good, the pizza was the favorite) and Dunkin donuts for breakfast. We wanted to try Barnwood, but the kids were too busy at the pool and with activities. Rooms are nice and spacious. We got one of the larger suites which fit our family comfortably. We spent most of our time outside of the room. Of the whole experience, I was actually most impressed with how seriously they took safety (lifeguards were more focused than I’ve seen at any pool or water park) and the employees were really good at customer service including check-in, servers, really the entire staff. We stayed just one night, but think we’ll stay 2-3 nights on the next trip. We’ll be back soon. If you’re skeptical like I was, give this place a try.

Customer service Jacqueline from guest service was so kind. She made check in so easy. She was so patient and helpful with all our needs at check-in. Love the friendly vibes from her. All your staff are really kind but my interactions with Jacqueline is one that I will definitely remember. Thank you Jacqueline for all your help, appreciate you so much.

It's a cruise on land I wasn't feeling well, so I didn't dress to go down waterslides. My son wears a yellow wristband and wanted to go down the inner tube slide. Calypso informed me he needed an adult to go with him. Seeing I wasn't dressed appropriately, Calypso offered to go with my son. He had a great time. This one instance is representative of our the day experience. Not only were prices lower than expected, but the services are well above par. This place gets busy, but they are so efficient that lines are processed quickly in the entire resort and park. My wife describes the atmosphere as a cruise on land because we don't need to leave the resort for any reason. The staff are all very helpful and do all they can to ensure our experience is the best. Rooms are very spacious and perfect for kids. My son loves his special room with bunk bed. The bunk bed is not comfortable for full size adults.
