Everything was spooktacluar being that we went during Halloween 🎃 The whole place was decorated so cool and everyone was so friendly and welcoming. The place was tremendously clean. My family had a howling great time and will revisit.

Where Kids Feel Like part of the pack, Our Go To Family Getaway From the moment we check in, Great Wolf Lodge Naples makes it feel like a true vacation. The staff consistently goes above and beyond, creating an atmosphere where kids feel celebrated and parents can actually relax. My children feel like superstars every single visit and even after 8+ stays, the experience is just as magical as the first time. What stands out most is the care and attention from the team. There is always someone making the extra effort to ensure families are having the best possible stay. We’ve never had a “ruff” day here only memorable, joy filled vacations. The Naples location is clean, well maintained, and packed with fun. It has become our family’s go to getaway and the number one thing our kids ask for on birthdays and holidays because they love being part of the Great Wolf Pack. If you’re looking for a fun, reliable, and truly family focused escape, the new Great Wolf Lodge in Naples is an absolute must. Highly recommend!

Great customer service Ludnie provided outstanding customer service at the store. There were 12 of us shopping together at the Great Wolf Lodge, and she was incredibly patient, kind, and attentive. Since it was our first time there, she took the time to explain everything clearly and even guided us on how to get to the water park. Our interaction with her was wonderful, she was truly amazing and made our experience even better.

Great experience in dining and entertainment!! Susan worked at bowling alley and was very warm and gracious and accommodating. She kindly offered to temporarily store some of our belongings as we had already checked out for the day and were carrying our things around. She also got us a few extra games because she knows my son loves bowling. Way to go Susan!!. Also Richie D in dining was very customer focused and made it a top priority that we got our food quick and exactly the way we ordered. Willow the text concierge was very helpful and saved us 5 trips to front desk!! We are locals and are still willing to pay good money because the experience is worth it!!
